Sinako is a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates & holds chambers at Thulamela Chambers. She is an alumni of the University of Free State and holds and LLB and LLM. In 2016 she served as a law researcher to Justice Jafta at the Constitutional Court and went on to become a senior law researcher to Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo in 2017. Sinako’s commitment to social justice and passion of uplifting the youth led her to establishing Sinako We Can Movement a registered NPO and empowerment program focussed on mentorship of aspiring legal practitioners. Sinako's accolades include being awarded Mail & Guardians Top200 Young South Africans (2022); being shortlisted in the top 10 for the Mc Kinsey & Co Next Generation Women Leaders Award, a platform which explores the importance of women in leadership; an alumni of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI); and Top Young Outstanding Young Persons of South Africa Award from the Junior Chamber International South Africa (JCI).
