MC Hammer was and is a superstar. MC Hammer is a legend. MC Hammer showed the heights that hip hop could go. Hammer was the first Pop Hip Hop act. Hammer was as much a dancer as he was a rapper, and if you go back to the first four episodes of this season you will remember dancing or b-boying are pillars of this art form called hip hop. As much as other rappers have taken shots at Hammer on wax, Hammer sent them right back. Also just a little side note, hammer had/has hands.
