Sara Pantaleo's career path may have begun in IT, but it took a bold turn when she transformed a family business, La Porchetta, from a 12-restaurant chain into Australia's largest franchised a-la-carte restaurant group. With a passion for people that extends beyond the corporate world, she co-founded the Moira Kelly Creating Hope Foundation and Affari SP, a consulting firm empowering small businesses with a circular economy and ESG mindset, and was recognised as National Franchise Woman of the Year in 2010.
