Additionally, Myriam is founder and director of Circadian Light Therapy; a business providing expertise in circadian rhythms and light therapy in pursuit of optimal sleep, performance and health. In this episode, we discuss the health effects of daylight savings, the effects of light exposure on mental health, performance and basic physiology, Myriam’s current work and much more.
