S5/E28: AU women's golf coach Caroline Haase-Hegg, freshman Mirabel Ting join The Squad

On this episode of The Sports Squad, eighth-year AU women's golf coach Caroline Haase-Hegg and standout freshman golfer Mirabel Ting talk to Dr. David Bulla about the Jaguars' advancing to the nationals. After losing senior Natalia Yoko to graduation and professional golf, Haas-Hegg went out and recruited Ting, who just led AU to a top-five finish in the NCAA Division I Athens Regional, earning the Jaguars a spot in the national championship tournament in Scottsdale, Ariz., May 19-24. Ting, from Miri, Malaysia, was the Southland Conference player and freshman of the year, leading Augusta to its second straight SLC title--this time by a single stroke. She's also been named to the international team for the Arnold Palmer Cup, the Ryder Cup of collegiate golf.  The Sports Squad is produced by Ethan Balducci; Dr. Bulla is the coordinating producer.
