How have you been loving yourself?  How have you been caring for yourself?  As the world begins to open up, we now have more opportunities to love and care for our mental and physical bodies. We are able to go places that we weren't able to go in the height of the pandemic. In today's episode of The Latika Vines Show, Sharde Page shares her tips to how we as busy working mothers can focus on ourselves, by having a healthy life. She tells us:  Ask God for discernment letting Him know that you need to be physically healthy so that He can provide you with the support you need to do it.  Figure out what loving and caring for yourself looks like so you can break the cycle you are used to It is mandatory for us to take care of ourselves, and although we may have competing priorities, we must be our #1 priority. When we do not make ourselves our priority, diseases, weight gain, health problems, and mental health problems begin to set in. Sharde shares simple things you can do today to ensure that you are loving and caring for yourself.  Sharde is a licensed aesthetician and cosmetologist that's passionate about health, beauty, and wellness. Outside of being a beauty and wellness specialist, she is a wife and a mother of 6, and understands motherhood can be challenging at times.  Sometimes the stress within motherhood takes a toll on us and we forget to take care of ourselves.
