Thompson, is founder and CEO of Oligye Enterprises (Shanghai) a minority owned company focused on business consulting, coaching, and training.  Colin holds a coaching certification by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  As a result of his consulting, training, and coaching services, individuals, teams, and organizations have developed and enhanced work and leadership skills essential for success in both personal and professional environments. Colin graduated from Howard University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Computer Based Information Systems and in 2006 with a double concentration MBA in Supply Chain Management and E-Business Technologies.  In his down time, he enjoys pushing himself through competing in various events such as marathons and triathlons with his wife Kay. “I am fortunate to be able to, on a daily basis, fulfill my true passion of building Oligye Enterprises to help individuals through Coaching and business training/facilitation.”.
