Patti Soskin opened yum! Kitchen and Bakery 18 years ago, now operating three locations in the Twin Cities, with her husband, Robbie. Patti has been in the restaurant business for her entire career. yum! is first and foremost a family and community restaurant. You are a guest in her restaurants, not a customer - as if you’re a guest in her home.
