Mike was our local elected Green Party MP. He continues to be a pioneer for many local initiatives and has helped pass some very important bills. Most importantly, he is a compassionate and humane person with a good heart. It's not often that we discuss politics on the show, but it is incredibly important and speaks to how it shapes and dictates our identity as Canadians.
