In this episode, Jamie and Maggie dive back into the first rule of psychic and mediumship development: "safety rules and regulations first." They explain how to take caution and exercise safety when exploring psychic gifts so nothing goes wrong in the process.

Safety Rules and Regulations

Practicing psychic gifts can go wrong anytime because dealing with frequencies and energies may bring trauma to the person. To prevent untoward incidents from happening, Jamie and Maggie remind always to be safe in exploring psychic gifts. Most people are either introduced to their psychic gifts or have a psychic awakening. Yet, they do not move forward at some point because they feel unsafe. For some, something scary happened to them that shut them down. Because of these, it is important to know the fundamentals of creating safety rules and regulations to prevent these from happening.

Filter Received Vibrations

To be safe while using psychic gifts, filter the vibrations to be received. To be blindly open to all frequencies is discouraged, especially for those who just discovered their psychic abilities. For Maggie, what she does is set herself open to vibrations of love only. Through that, lower negative frequencies are not coming into her field. Another way to filter vibrations is to ask help from angels, ascended masters, the higher self, and extraterrestrials. That way, they regulate the vibrations around and thus, become safe when exploring psychic gifts.
