The US Department of Labor's Mine Safety and Health Administration has approved the recovery plan, and HWM 81 is expected to resume full production by mid-August 2023. In addition, Bens Creek Operations has raised $6.5 million through the issuance of unsecured loan notes to Avani Resources Pte Ltd, the company's largest shareholder.
