By day Shaina Horrell acts as Vice President of Learning and Development for the Tech & Ops Business for an asset manager. She is responsible for developing innovative new hire strategies and ensuring the ongoing growth of talent in line with the firm’s core values and technological advancements. Prior to her current role, Shaina served as the Workplace Community Manager, managing the employee and guest experience, and cultivating a vibrant culture of connectivity for the Atlanta iHub.  Most recently, Shaina launched her own startup, in partnership with her co-founder, Emily Clark, called Rising Momentum. Rising Momentum is a team of coaches dedicated to sparking positive change in your life. They work to guide you towards your aspirations by nurturing self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and developing effective strategies for lasting personal and professional growth. Shaina brings 15+ years of experience navigating the corporate world and holds a BA in Science from Bowling Green State University (2008) and an MBA from the University of Phoenix (2010).
