Care is usually provided by psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists.Mental hospitals can be an effective way to receive treatment but some evidence suggests that intensive outpatient programs (IPOs) can also be helpful. What's most important is to reach out for help and support if you are struggling because treatment works. I'm living proof! You can get better and you will. You know the feeling when you walk through a doorway and you’ve forgotten why you’re there?
