In this week’s episode Ben Gardiner who is a practicing Barrister in IP law, which means he's the person who helps creatives protect their thinking of their ideas. And it's interesting, you'd imagine it'd be a rather dry, dusty topic but also has some fascinating past times outside of his day job, and they all inform the way he practices law.  Ben Gardiner has tertiary qualifications in pharmacy, business and law and completed post-graduate studies in law (BCL) at the University of Oxford in 2005. The Australian Financial Review’s Best Lawyers lists Ben as a leading junior barrister in intellectual property law.
