S6 E4 - Local Legend Dave Guenther
from Listen Local
Welcome back to another week of the Listen Local Podcast! We have a show full of stories, memories and more involving the BLA. Our guest today is Legendary Teacher, Snowmobiler Hall of Famer, Award winning Track Coach, and overall great guy, Dave Guenther. Trust us... There are many more titles we could add before his name, but in all honesty, he was one of the best teachers ever at Pequot Lakes High School. He and the crew (who all had Guenther as a teacher) reminisce on times at PLHS and man were there stories. After all of the PLHS talk, he dives into the snowmobile part of the show. From bringing the Antique Snowmobile Club of America to the Lakes Area to becoming one of the faces of the Minnesota snowmobile industry, Guenther hits on it all. On that note, he mentions other local recognizable snowmobile names like Sturm, Hibbert, Olson and more! Plus, A SUPER BUSY weekend in the BRAINERD LAKES AREA! Just wayyyy too much to type out so tune in to hear it all. And as always... Thanks to our sponsors Pequot Lakes and Gull Lake Sanitation, Hanneken Insurance, Hills Detailing Center, Craguns Legacy Courses and our NEW Presenting Sponsor Lakes Area CPAs!
