What does Jacquie Berglund do? She turns beer into food. Jacquie Berglund is the Founder and CEO of FINNEGANS Brew Co, the Rambunctious Social Entrepreneur and the driving force behind a beer brand that has generated over 2 million dollars in community impact since its inception in 2000. A graduate of The American Graduate School in Paris, Jacquie has degrees in Communications (BA) and International Relations and Diplomacy (MA): nothing to do with beer making. When she returned to the United States, she served as Marketing Director for Cara Irish Pubs in Minneapolis; this is where the spark for FINNEGANS was first lit.    In this episode, we learn the story of how Finnegans Brew Co came to be and how Jacquie and her team developed the first flagship beer. We learn how her passion for impact led to the development of a non-profit for 100% of the proceeds to go back to the community. We talk about what the “power suit” is for each individual woman: surprisingly it is not always a suit.
