Gerry talks about what it takes to maintain self and mental health in the modern world. He talks about where he comes from and who helped teach him how to free himself. He shares stories of his commitment to the path of healing, with generations of teachings and people who helped when it was needed behind him. Expressing that we all still encounter challenges and negative thoughts that aren’t our own, he hopes to share some helping words in this episode. Once we are in trouble mentally, physically, or spiritually we must go look for help, so we can live life to the fullest.
