S6 Ep2 part 2: What kind of soil are you planting in your garden: Evening podcast

This season is about tending to your garden and becoming vulnerable with yourself so that you may begin to heal. As we begin day 1 of our garden tending I want to remind, this not going to be easy, and nor is it supposed to be. Sometimes we get it into our heads that once we reach a certain goal that is it, but it's not. This self-love journey, this healing journey is lifelong. Each day we are changing and growing, learning more and more about ourselves and the world around us.   Week 1 exercise is about finding out what kind of soil are you planting in your garden.
