The Seven Equities of Life To identify growth gaps, evaluate these seven areas of life: Mind (Mindset) Body (Health and Diet) Spirit (Spirituality) Intimate Relationships (Family and Close Friends) Networking Relationships (Colleagues and Professional Networks) Career (Professional Growth) Finances (Wealth and Legacy Building) Rank each area from 1 to 5 to see where you need to focus.
