Coach Liz Blanding is a Minister, a # bestselling author, trauma-informed wellness and leadership coach, and founder of Oasis Wellness Centers. She serves at the intersection of faith, recovery, leadership, and Kingdom-aligned entrepreneurship, helping individuals and leaders build sustainable impact without compromising peace or purpose.An interesting fact about Liz is that she is the proud grandmother of ten little ones, which keeps her deeply grounded in family-first living and legacy building.
