Here, architecture relies on the demanding choice of solid local stone, implemented with Eiffage, engineering firm Bollinger-Grohmann (BET), and quarry operator PROROCH. This envelope of cyclopean blocks, carefully set with minimal concrete for seismic safety, provides thermal inertia, reflected light, and long-term durability, while recalling Marseille’s Calanques.
