S7 Bonus 4: The Trials of Weinstein and Masterson: Harvey Weinstein Sentenced

This is a special Jury Duty bonus report with an update in the sexual assault trial of disgraced Hollywood Media Mogul, Harvey Weinstein.In December, the jury in the trial of Harvey Weinstein came back with a partial verdict, where Weinstein was found guilty on three of seven charges against him. The jury was hung on all other counts.The three guilty verdicts against Weinstein are for forcible rape, forcible oral copulation and sexual penetration by a foreign object. All of these charges are related to Jane Doe 1, the Italian talk show host and model who testified that she was raped in 2013 while attending the Los Angeles Italia Film Festival.Today, Weinstein was sentenced in his Los Angeles sexual assault case.
