In the history of working motherhood, the definition of burnout and overwhelm has varied; while the pandemic has heightened the awareness of it. But, whether you were burned out prior to or during the pandemic, it is real. Mothers around the world have experienced an increase and it has caused their health to decline. How can you decrease and eliminate burnout and overwhelm?  In today's episode of The Latika Vines Show, Latika shares 3 Ways you can Decrease & Eliminate BurnOut and Overwhelm. If you have a loss of energy, a loss of desiring to be included in certain fun activities that were once appealing, and/or if you have lost focus and peace, then it may be because you are burned out and overwhelmed. There are three things you can do to decrease how you are feeling:  Become Self-Aware of what you want, what you love, and how you can prioritize yourself  Have a trusted partner/person who can be your advocate for what you want  Develop the habit to set boundaries  The above have helped Latika and many working mothers to decrease and eliminate burnout and overwhelm.
