At Company Ventures, I created our  North Star program to support founders to codify their values and purpose, commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and I run our workforce development efforts. Throughout my career I’ve worked across sectors - corporate, nonprofit, university, government. Early in my career, I managed The Black Sheep Inn, an ecolodge in rural Ecuador, learning the true impact of responsible business.
