As a father, I often find myself trying to give my sons advice based on the lessons I’ve learned throughout my life. But sometimes I have to remind myself that they are not me—and they don't have to be.In this episode, I get real about trying to give advice to my sons, the generational differences that can make those conversations challenging, and realizing that what worked for me may not always work for them.I also turn the question toward the public: If you could go back and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would you say?What would you change?
