Rebellion's built on hope. To another episode of Ready or Rebellion Star Wars podcast, I'm your host, Abit Agradaran, thank you for joining us on another Star Wars Saturday. I'll go home and be here shortly and just as for soon, he's here to select you, plan to... Oh, you're doing all the jobs in time, where are you?

I was taking out my dog. I texted you. I know, just hang up at a show. Alright, so yeah, your dog just decided to go out, have some time with his owner, but you may be just as your work starting.

How are you doing today? I'm doing good. I've done nothing today. That's just a fun.

That's always the best. When you did it, I just... Nothing. I just hang out.

Absolutely nothing. I was... This is the Venn diagram of Star Wars fans watching this show and people that might be track and field fans. It's very small, but I was at the Florida Pepsi Relay this afternoon.

James Williams, the university where I work, we said, let's go spend some time there. I love track and field. My favorite sport, basically. And they're doing the four by 100 relay.

And they're usually college, we see them in high school, but they're also with the Olympics coming up. Olympic athletes apparently are training and getting ready for it. And as the four by 100 relay was about to start, they said, oh, we have Grant Holloway, who is the world record holder of the 100 meter hurdles. And Chris and Coleman was another US champion in 100.

And no one lies right now. The biggest... He's the message of track and field was there. It's like holy crap.

So my inner track and field child just had an experience watching the current stars of track and field, a couple of feet away. So good afternoon for me today. Cool. Yeah, thank you.

And I have a pigeon for some pigeon showed up yesterday. It's banded. We tried to find the owner. They move around.

They let out all their pigeons and all the pigeons that someone leave outside my door as we speak. OK. So I got my house. They would make an S in the...

It was like a chandelier in front of the entrance and they would make an S there. They would constantly like crash against the glass door. Since I knew just when you look out my front porch, there was a house. I could see pigeons flying and they would then go back and then a couple days later we're flying.

OK, someone owns pigeons and turns on whatever. So on this pigeon showed up yesterday not flying. It was banded. I went to the house.

Now they moved a couple months ago. I think just let out their pigeons and one of them. Now it's in front of my house. But anyway, thank you for joining us for the first time.

We should subscribe to our channel so you don't miss any of the other videos. We'll see you in our live live live live live live live. And then there was a comment down below also anything we might be discussing today when the other topic you might want us to talk about in the future and if you're listening to the other podcast, rating reviews, five stars or that. And also thank you for the interview.

But before we start, we're basically chat. I saw Brennan earlier. Who else was there? Yes, Brennan in the chat.

I Brennan Dale as always. I dare you. I was asking if we changed the intro recently. I didn't know it was a bit of a problem.

So we changed it for Tuesday morning. So season eight of Fredory Bell and I changed it. Change some of the pictures. Some of the images are different.

You haven't been here in a while. You won't see a couple of weeks ago when you were out. She was here. Oh, right.

And Alan. I'm guessing you're not in Puerto Rico. You're not in Puerto Rico Comic Con. Unfortunately, no.

I actually wanted to go. Yeah. My brother is there. He has a booth sending a bunch of toys.

He's sending pictures. Yeah. He also has a booth there. I know.

I'm talking to him. He's talking to him. Hey, okay. All right.

So let's go. So if you guys are ready, let's talk Star Wars and Star Wars on TV. Star Wars on TV. All right.

All right. Episode nine of the Bad Batch the Harbinger, which I spent a couple of weeks ago here. For my heart out. This was a video episode that tech is going to come back.

We all going to see this tech. You weren't here. We were ready to scream at me. And then after last week, we kept it so we kind of realized.

It's probably a such interest. And they didn't wait like two minutes to show us as such ventures. But we're in PABO, or Badger and Omeri or hanging out on the beach. And they found a cave with a weird ship.

Excuse me. And then as such ventures show. So kind of out of nowhere. A bit anti climactic at least from my point.

But what you surprised, I guess, at least we got ventures early on. It wasn't the word on a mission or something. Yeah. Ventures here.

Let's go ahead and start. So I wasn't because Twitter let me know that Ventress was on the episode before I watched it. I was like, oh, it was like, oh, it was a ventures of course. So I was mentally ready for it.

Yeah. I'm glad that we saw one of the trailers first and we could all get excited and get all that out. Because by the time she showed up, I was like, okay, we knew she was coming. And the last week episode, this kind of hinting that it might be.

But if we had no idea, that wasn't so much. I think it would have been a little bit different. I know Twitter has been, at least when the episode came out, kind of divided it a little bit. And we'll talk more, I guess, by the end of the episode.

You felt that they handled her backstory, which wasn't really discussed. Was it okay? Should they have mentioned something? The bad guys just didn't even have an idea of who she is.

So why would she reveal this? We can leave that to the end. But Twitter was very divided. If you were a fan of a such ventures, you like what you got and then some other people didn't appreciate it too much.

But we're talking about end counts. I think we're talking one episode, maybe when you were out and mentioned the event. I think you were here. The event just might be the one to have some information about end counts.

We're literally like, it's been exploring tomorrow. You don't know this. I got a test in my ship. I was waiting for you to get one of those blood tests that you do to see if you have low blood sugar and your stetha right there.

Now let's do something. You got to know. Yeah. I'm freaking omega.

When we're asking for a friend bit. I know you're asking for a secret. It's two episodes of people being like, you guys are terrible at this. Yeah.

You're not good. We have an episode with a fan of which he's like, that's not how you approach a bounty hunter. He's like, oh, yes, it's not for me. Yeah.

But I'm glad that they're not wasting time. We want to know what end counts for the empire's chasing or whatever. So I'm interested in not dumb. She knows what's going on.

And we got for all the people I complain in Ahsoka. Why it's Sabine Renam and Allorian. I mean, I just like say, everyone for sensitive blah, blah, blah. And we got a little bit here.

Did you appreciate better stuff? Yeah, many chlorians. We all got them. Some have a higher level than others.

And then those can become jealous. Then we all are like, no, no, no, no, no, no, like hold your horses. You need training to be a Jedi. So we all got them.

Doesn't mean that you are just like, just because you appreciate that we got that's so people could in the real world. Just relax. I just hope they repeat this like an every single other type of everything. Oh, by the way, everyone has medical lines.

Oh, by the way, the horses and everyone. Yeah, instead of showing in there, or the 66 in every show, just it was the same explanation for medical organizations. So yeah, I mean, this episode was basically let's get back with a such an interest which we all know in love and so people more than others. It was like a very chill episode.

Yes, which I'm fine with it because even last episode which had a lot of actions fighting the gateways and then with the weird mantis monster bounty hunter. It's like two chill episodes, at least for half of our crew. And then we're going to go and chill. Because you know now, okay, you have your rest and relaxation.

Now we're just going to go. And from people already operating in most of that second half, it's go go go. So I'm glad that we got a little chill time and now we're ready to go. But the episode in general was okay.

I saw some reviews of people saying they didn't move the plot and they didn't do this. It wasted this character. I think it was fine. I mean, what did they think was going to happen?

Like, was it Ventra's going to show up halfway through the season, it's last season and be like, yes, I'm taking over the show now and it's my show. Like, this was always going to be it. Yeah. I would be surprised if she came back like in the finale, but I was never expecting her to become a recurring character.

I was literally just expecting this. She's going to show up in one episode, get us some information and then go away. Like, yeah, because that's how Star Wars animated shows. That's how Star Wars shows work, basically.

So that one looks like what we did in the episode when we showed up. It goes back to what I was saying. Last week, like Star Wars storytelling is fairly simple. Like we don't get into these arbitrary things and start like debating, like going deeper.

It's like, no, people show up, they do something. I think we spend so much time either online or doing shows like this, talking about the episode, what we want to see and all the backstories and our headcannons that we can always speak that to them, they'll show up on the television show, or the movie, to explain all that since I was talking about it. I said, no, we got a movie story on those characters. It's different from what we're talking about.

And I've heard a lot of people be like, well, this was clearly a backdoor pilot. And I'm like, oh, I'm not really sure that's what, like, don't get me wrong. It could happen. Like this show could be over.

And yes, we're going into the path. And it's a Sajung Quinlan. Yeah. But like, I didn't get that by at all.

No. We'll talk at the end. We'll go over Venter showing, not getting her, how she survived or came back. And then some comments that didn't record, but made on Sajung that same day.

We'll talk about that at the end. What that means for the character. Okay. I just want to mention that I love that they know about the discourse.

So every time I saw she showed up in the trailer, now she showed up in the show, like, did a record, I was like, no, no, this is what we're going to do. Yeah. And I'm glad that they're doing it. We don't need to spend three months before the JLIC is on to comes out or whatever.

It's like just fighting or, oh, like, the trailer, like, you mentioned, trailer came out and for those 10 minutes, people were like, how is she alive? Oh, here's the interview that explains it. Hey, what are you doing? So I'm glad that they're ahead of the curve.

Let's just leave this in the body for just too crazy. But I enjoyed the episode, not crazy. I mean, what's a crazy episode? It doesn't work.

It moves the plot of Omega trying to know where she fits, where she belongs. And even though I like Venter, I know the biggest fan, so I don't know her whole history of all my thoughts in a row to come with everything that she did. But she's a different character now. Same as the bad best, right?

Look at Crosshair. I'm talking about everyone that we meet is a reflection of Crosshair somehow. Venter is this assessing, like, they say it's a separate assessing. And now she's like, and you see the trainer just give us some space.

And let me do my stuff. I love how Crosshair and Asaj are basically, like, in this mode where, yes, I'm a good guy. But I'm going to be a thick about it. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

You're going to have to earn my normal respect, just earn me being here. And I love talking about Crosshair and why this show and Star Wars. We love it so stupid, something. When Omega and Venter are at sea training, everyone has to buy Nogs.

Yeah, that part. Everyone has to buy Nogs and Crosshair with this microscope. So we just get some binoculars. You meet the reason we so kill him with that scoundrel.

And then, oh, well, if you know, just freaking record. You made a friend at the beginning when Crosshair is helping the lady. You made a friend. I don't know what we love.

I'm not sure. Did you, I don't take those tests, just balance on a rock, put your hand out. Yeah, that's a utility idea. That's like very basic test, but whatever.

I mean, like, I think it's really like kind of the Anakin thing. Like, oh, he's a human and he's part raisings. He usually can't pot raise. He must be force instead of like, feeling like, I think it's kind of like that.

Like, yes, then assisting your balance in the slipper is low. Oh, yeah. I did enjoy when she mentioned a lot of force sensitive people have this retune to nature and to animals is something we've been seeing since Rebels, right? Ezra is one of the first that we saw that really connected with animals.

We've seen it through a so-called show with this connection that Jedi have with animals. So I love that he still will keep playing with it. And of course, Omega with no training wasn't able to connect with the fishes, but Venter is able to get this giant track in the Rathian show. What was real creature with this beacon, his forehead, but a little star was monsters this time around.

I kind of look like this parallel of, sorry, I'm not sure if parallel is the right word, but this thing of a massage reaching out to connect and accidentally bring some monster into the vault. Yeah. I do, too. Her struggle.

Like, yes, I'm a good guy, but oh, sorry. Her strength, how strong she is in the force and maybe not able to control it fully, just cause a big response around. So we've been living in Pabu for a couple of years and I didn't know that a giant sea creature was there. But sometimes we talk about Venter's kind of changing since we last saw her already in the book and also changing, like Omega saying, people change.

Yes, it might have been a separate, it's as as in during the war, but people change. Look at Trussa, I didn't give up on you. Like Omega tells Trussa. Like we keep saying, Omega still having that kind of goodness in her, even through everything that she's been through.

I've seen some people say that this episode showed, kind of Omega needing to separate herself from the Bad Batch or the Bad Batch, and then they're going to spread her wings on her own. Did you get this sense? Cause I'm seeing this as a parent of everything the old daughter. And I'm still going to be there.

I know she has a gun to a war and everything. I don't want to know Omega to say, I need to leave my family that I just connected again. I'm going to go do my own stuff. I don't want to go that way.

I mean, I think that's kind of why the episode is called the Harbinger. Because that's, like, ESC's of course telling them like it's not safe. And you guys are calling way too much attention to yourself. Walking around asking about my recordings in Clon, Clon, Trubar.

That's what, waiting for her to say something about that one. But she also was like, hey, there's going to come a time where if she wants to explore this, she's going to have to leave. She can't say what you. And I kind of think that's maybe why this episode is the Harbinger.

Not just because we know like, Pavu is going to get attacked. Yeah. But I also think like that's also how the show has maybe got wrapped up. Like she has, and that's always like kind of a Star Wars thing.

Like, look, looking to the horizon being like, I want more. Like, there's more for me out there than here in this moisture farm. So like in, you know, Mega's case, I'm sure she just doesn't want to be defined as a con for the rest of her life who wants to do other things. And if she is for sensitive, maybe, I don't know, maybe the next show is Asaj and Omega and them training out there.

I don't know. Yeah, it's something that she keeps asking. I want to know where I feed or who am I? Cause yeah, she's a Clono, Django, whatever.

Like, you said she wants to be defined as more than just a Clono or so. We'll see. We'll see what that goes. I enjoyed the fight.

I enjoyed that asaj kick the other three bots, like she should. Especially when a way comes back and crosses down. She's a voice choking wrecker, has the lightsaber on the pantry snake. Don't just stop.

Just stop. Hi. I love that she's probably like working harder at not killing them. Actually fine.

Yeah. So let's get to we like, when she went out, connected with the creature after he was attacking them. And then the big question from Hunter, hey, she forced sensitive. She's a gentleman.

She gives so and so and so and so. Right? She's not. Are you lying?

Oh, well, I don't know. Maybe she wants to pursue this. What do you fall? I think just watching the show, I think she was lying and there's some AI thing she might be for sensitive and have some higher medic variance.

But also go back to I think that's first two or three episodes, and maybe I'm wrong as a double check and I didn't have the time. They were looking for people that were susceptible for income transfers. Right? Now that they had high income.

Yeah, yeah, that's like the other thing, like they were looking aside before blue DNA that could hold the, yeah, the, yeah. Yeah. higher level, but we can be given more many components. We'll see.

What do you think she was just lying to not break their hearts? Basically? I think she's sort of sensitive. I think that's me.

What is this going? I think we're with her comment about, hey, if she wants to explore this, she needs to be away from you guys for a while. I think that kind of pretty little bit to say there's something there that we need to explore. So I think in general, it was a good episode, a little chill episode really for the last six episodes, I think so coming out.

So let's talk a little bit more about Asaj and the big elephant in the room. My room was after the trailer. Half people were all the red coming in, the books and everything that happened. And then humans were going to be like, oh, we know how she's about.

We're going to talk about this. We read the books. But then I guess a lot of people, even myself, I won't say that I wasn't part of that. I thought that when she showed up, we'll get some answers.

But when we did it, as watching the show, it kind of made sense that she wasn't going to, well, after Vals dropping the green goo, I came back and there was no one around because they don't even know. They had crossed her, had to go find text. Literally just met the internet database to figure out what the hell Ventress was. So it's like, we're not going to get that explanation.

Were you okay with it? Were you waiting for something? Or, yeah, I don't know. I think it's in the scenario in which she was introduced, like, it really didn't make much sense to me for her to stop the show.

I looked at the camera and I'd be like, yes, I died that one time. I thought, I'm talking about it, but then Mother Tossen was like, hey, come back to life. And I figured out, like, they didn't really make any sense to me. There was like no point in the episode where I was like, oh, this is the moment.

It just wasn't the story that we're telling. Yeah, to me, the episode was like, I think Russia discarded for people that didn't know who she was. You don't need to know anything about that such mentor. So enjoy this episode.

It's just a cool looking character with a lightsaber and they got started asking 20 questions about who the hell this person is. And then if you start searching, you'll find out or just wait for what comes next. So I would mention, growth of the character, how different she was from what we know her in the Clone Wars. But then we had the article within the Corvette and so we're talking about how she survived and that this will be explored in future content.

And like you mentioned, some people say, oh, back to the pilot, here we go, the S S S S S S Show is coming up. Myself and a lot of other people thought this is probably also the jet. It makes sense to get a three episode argument. Also the data system too, to explain how she showed back and maybe how she got to where we meet her in that batch.

So that's where I'm going. I'm not going as far as not the next, I'm going to show my future S S S S training Omega. Who knows they did that with the best bad batch, right? Kind of back there, part of it, six and seven.

So I know what you fall in that. I kind of feel like they have to have big plans for her because I'm such is only your character that you are bringing back to life. And yes, we can talk about stuff and Star Wars doesn't mean anything. But for example, Papa thinking back, regardless of how you feel about him going back, he was a major part of the sequel trilogy and the finale to everything.

Mocking back and was a major figure in the Clone Wars in Rebels and even in solo kind of being like the puppet master a little. So here with a Sarge, it would be very weird for me if she got brought back here in Bad Batch just to bring her back in a three-hour game. You're so explaining how she showed back, I'm not moving her forward. Yeah, because then in that case that should have been her reintroduction.

And surprise us all with maybe that third episode being her coming back after dying. But I don't know, I actually don't maybe they do that and then she does another thing. But I kind of feel like she, there's more to her story that we don't know yet. Maybe more than just tells of the data.

Could be as you were talking about, it makes sense. Just to be her back to say, hey, this is how she survived and not have more adventures with her. It does seem like like a waste. And even though like I mentioned, she's not my favorite character, she's very big.

And all the Clone Wars, friend club basically. And not even in the Sarge's account interview, the actress that does the voice for Sarge was on a convention recently. And I also said, yeah, there's more comics not just Bad Batch. So I think they might be there that I'm not seeing.

Yeah, disclaimer with that one, because from what I read it, she told her to a fan who was she was signed something. And then she was like, I'm not afraid of the expert or something. But yeah, I do think again, she's a major character. You just don't bring a Sarge back.

And by the way, this is a story, her death was a story you can see if I can't even look at the daughter of George Lucas. Like you don't undo that just for nothing. Yeah, I mean, I mean, I don't know. It's very interesting, by the way, like Jennifer being like, no, no, this was Dave's idea.

So it's Dave doing to them what George did to them with more like, oh, wait, wait, what? Yeah, figure it out. And I think just real quick with Dorit Mollie's coming back in solo. And you know that if solo was the hey, that they hope that solo would continue, more will still be out there.

So it tracks that ventures, there might be something more for her coming. And we thought you had much we would like a show something with the path. So if she's involving that, then that kind of gives us that evening to how the path got formed. The clones, if it comes to that, that you mentioned, that maybe the end of the clones helping with the path and of course, also.

It's a lot of cool things that can't grow this character. I was also thinking like, if this was Dave's idea, I could do it. I didn't like season two of his own career. Like, that's hard to me for radio.

Like, I have no idea. I got here. I was surfing on a whale and here I am. Oh, the path.

Let me hear. I don't know how I got this open at all. Here we are. Dude, if I such and I know that not everyone is a fan of animated characters making it to live action.

But if a such mentor shows up, we got so kind with neither. That'd be something big. So real quick, I think as we wrap up a little bit. So next week, I said two parts.

I didn't know it was a two-parter. Identity crisis and point of no return. I guess before we jump to those, you mentioned at the beginning, you don't think the ventures is coming back. Maybe at the finale, when everyone shows up.

I don't know. At the end of this episode, I thought that she might show up at one point. But it's difficult. The way the season's been going on this story that they're telling that she shows up unless it's at the end.

Just to say, yeah, Omega's coming with me. Omega decides she wants to go train. And then those are rebel season four ending with a saga taking Sabine. It's just me.

The show ends with Omega being like, looking to the horizon, for Mega Fett and walks to the Flash ship. I mean, yeah. And then for one, Fett is there also just waiting. Oh, my sister finally found she's no use to meet dead.

Oh, alive. So identity crisis and point of no return, which were my big end to my tech is coming back speech. I'm still hoping that tech come back, but I don't think it's going that way. I said two weeks ago, what do you think this identity crisis is still Mega now, kind of figuring out who she is in terms of sensitivity, clone going into this war?

I'm still not convinced on the tech thing, but I think it will be the return of that ghost trooper thing we saw. Yeah, I do. Yeah. Sure.

I think it's going to be their return. If it's tech, if it's a crosshair clone, if it's more Fett trying to make it as an imperial, I don't know. But I think that's where maybe that's got to go. Okay.

I wish that I can keep my hopes of that. It was actually tech. We'll find out next week. And like I said, a lot of people have already jumped on Twitter.

I thought it was lower bots because that post was basically the same. I just saw the second half of the bad that except for the finale. And it was great. If it was dark and brilliant, they just think the same post, but I'm glad that people are loving it.

I don't care. I'm not the end. I'm the vice-versal, I feel they were all definitely very bring it because everything hangs on the finale, if there's one thing that Star Wars animation does very well, it's finale episodes. I think they dropped the volume in one.

So, it's not gonna be great. No, they're all pretty good. So I got a wild theory that I've been holding things like week three of the bad batch and you were out for a couple of weeks. I didn't have a place to ask you last week.

So I'm gonna ask you today. And it's I don't know. I'm not sure what is going to happen. I just think it'll be cool with all the talks about midi-chlorians and cloning and probably necromancer and how this plot is similar to the Mandalorian plot.

Do you think by the finale we can get a young givion in the bad batch kind of, I kind of like this idea about cloning and injecting myself with midi-chlorians. Maybe he's CX2 although they're clones but I would love to be living at the end. Maybe the emperor, hey givion, think he'll have a throwing down the garbage shoe. He'll be like a very funny story, like having him on the corner being like, I'm getting over this now.

I don't be cool if he shows up. All right. Anything else, sweet people for the last five episodes or the bad batch? Um, not really.

Like it was one. It was cool. It was good. It's like cool episode 27 minutes to that point.

Oh my god training to be a jedi. I just training I should say. And similar to Luke training ray. I guess at least she got the three tests when training lessons.

Three lessons. Yeah, I left my favorite. Yeah, go run up the hill before the sunset. Yeah, leave us alone.

Go look for your for a flower while fight with parents. Kick their asses. All right. So that does it for the bad batch.

And I want to take a couple of minutes out of the field of mine to do a spoiler review for Defy the Storm. Wait a spoiler review? Non-spoiler review for Defy the Storm that I read probably by Tezak Granthon and Justina Ireland. Yes, you're saying.

Before you go, I'm gonna make fun of you. Because I'm always like, your spoiler, your non-spoiler reviews always make me laugh. Because this is like the kind of non-spoiler talk you to. It's like, oh, so Elsar and Marcan Ro going to a room.

And only one of them is coming out. And you're like, I've written us a spoiler. No, no, I didn't tell you what it was. So then in the next scene, Marcan Ro is like, you're like, I'm gonna fuck.

Do I even roll stuff down just to try not to spoil anything. But as I go, I don't know, I suck at this. Where are you at? I know you you're busy.

I'm juggling two things. I'm not liking this book and the third thing got there. Oh man, I'm sorry. I'm gonna highlight just Brandon put at the beginning before the show.

Sorry, I had a comment there. Where I said, if I destroy them, it's pretty good. I'm almost not with it. And it's been pretty engaging.

Sorry, I'll take it. But I'm just like, great thing about Star Wars and books and everything. We all get it. Let's celebrate Mo.

I'm somewhat through the rising star. Oh, that's my favorite Star Wars with Mo. Like, cool. I think that episode was Moa says, I just got my copy of the fight this storm.

She's like, I'm still trying to finish this one. I'll be there eventually. It takes like on this book. I'm gonna start right there.

Even though it's a follow-up to Out of the Shadows, it really, really helps. If you've read a test of courage, make sure to disaster out of the shadows, of course. And even the Bernesra story from Tell So Flaira Like, because that's where she's at. It's one of those stories, even though you should be able to just pick it up and enjoy it.

And you would. It benefits you like 105% to have read those previous books because of the characters that show up. It's Avon, it's Bernesra. It's I just saw it.

Avon who, last time we saw her was a kid. Yeah, so Avon Bernesra, Jodana Swarbrand, Syv really know where the mindset is at. You need to have read those books. And that's good for people like us that have just consumed everything.

It might be not the best for people that I'm just gonna skip this book or skip that one because they're gonna be a little bit lost on some of the motivations. Basically, this story, this is not as popular because it's in the back of the book. It's Bernesra is down in the dumps, basically. Last time we saw her, she was way sick.

She was trying to meditate, find her connection to people because she lost her master, instant and years, and believe she lost her father, one, in Britain, that was also in the fall of the star. Like, but Avon comes to say, hey, no, please have a life. It's behind the storm wall. I need your help to save them.

And that's basically how the story goes, eh, but we need Stylangraff, who's a dick, which is still great. And this now murder or devallant pop, which is kind of my carer now, she's gonna be with us. So it's a mismatch of characters. So a lot of it depends on if you like, enjoy those characters, if you're gonna love this book or not.

And I did enjoy it. It's not my favorite book, but it's a lot of it to enjoy. There's a lot of cool revelations. Some are important to the story that's been told.

But the most fun things is what it pushes for future stories. Oh, I see what this is going on. This you have different implications for the Nile and the name list, I was the Jedi trying to do trying to find a way to get back and forth between the storm wall, which is very similar to some of the previous phase three books in Into the Darkness. Is it?

No. Whatever the first one was. I already thought. Into the dark.

No, the first phase three book. Oh, phase three. Yeah. That one, and that's it from Balor.

It's like, we're trying to find a way to get back and forth or communications of our ship to get into the storm was so this book goes very deep into that. And that's going to be of course important moving forward. Speaking of our characters and there's a lot of characters from the books from the people books that I mentioned. There's also a lot of characters that show up just to show up and I'm not going to say who but it's like, Oh, look who's here.

Oh, they're gone. Like really, you could have just used anyone. So that was a little bit of a downer when you see a character show up and you're excited to follow them and then I know they were just there to give some information and some of them make sense that those characters were there. All this like it could have been anyone, but whatever.

So there's cool action sequence. There's one that's reminiscent to able crease fighting the storm seeds, the little storm droids in the first one that first, yeah, the first one is outside just signing for the story. Something similar at least that the ship is getting attacked. So it's very cool the way they they were went about it.

But yeah, a lot of it depends on where you're at with these characters and the way that just in a sort of an anti-grantum right here, right? So I didn't enjoy the book. The things I enjoyed the more is what it pushes within the next couple of books, which might not be the best book because then this will go out. The most of you over all, like it's all.

Yeah, that's something that I've been seeing more and more recently, not just with the Harry Potter, but just in meeting general when it starts combining all these stories. It's, oh, this is cool, but it's I'm just trying to push you to the next story and then you get to the last story and oh, this is cool, but it's cool. It's cool for the next one. It's like, I don't need to apologize.

Just give me a cool story here. Some very cool things, character arcs are great. Again, I'm not going to spoil those, but I wish when we do I non-spoiler after you finish, I want to talk about it. Something we talked about previously and where we think some three things might go, but I love all these characters start kind of burnets that I mentioned.

It's trying to figure herself out. Of course, we meet Imri and Imri is in a total different position than Vanessa. It makes a decision that then impacts what she wants to do for the future. Avon is just she hates her mother because she's working with the now and wants to create chaos and then where she falls and the same thing for Jordana and silenting.

They are good character arcs and starts bringing a lot of things together that we mentioned. We'll talk about more in our spoiler review. But if you enjoyed the High Republic and those previous books that I mentioned, you're going to enjoy this 100%. I put it, I still give it a positive review.

I think like 3.5 or 3.2 out of 5. So it's still a good book, not my favorite. I don't know. Maybe it's because I want that bigger story with the main characters.

Then when we get some of these smaller, I don't call them an extra side character. I think it's not the main Jedi masters doing their own stuff. It's still important for the main story that's been told. It's not my favorite part of it.

So go pick it up. It's been out for a couple of weeks. And we'll see. We'll see how it goes.

And then when you finish eventually... At some point. Yeah. We'll talk more about it.

So yeah. So one thing kind of moving away from this spoiler review or non-spoilers. I don't know if people talking about this book read anymore, especially now that the embargo cannot drop for the living force. That's why most people can't talk this past week.

And again, even though I'm extremely grateful that I get some of these books in advance, the 5.5. This one wasn't one of those. I see, I'm part of it that when embargo drops, we're just talking about that book like two or three weeks before it actually comes out. And by the time it comes out, since all the reviews have been out for a couple of weeks, there's not a lot of chatter about it.

It's like, if I decide this book, we should be talking about this book. And it's not out. There's like, yeah, that living force. Let's talk about that when it comes out next week.

But I honestly think like with the exception of it to into a dark, like, do you really remember like out of the shadows? And what was the last? Why? Mission to disaster.

No, no, that was not why. The last one. The last one. The last one.

The last one. Oh, face one. Face one. Face one.

Minn horizon. Do you remember like a lot of the scores around those two books? I think Minn horizon, yes, because it came out very close to the front. It was the last one.

But like for other shadows. Sorry. It was great. It was great.

But I truly don't remember a lot of the scores for other shadows. No, and you're right. It wasn't. But the fun thing is there's something in out of the shadows that gets revealed in this week, in the audition pretty early, something that I'm gonna something that happens in out of the shadow studio here pretty early.

And I feel it was extremely cool. I mean, 100% sense. Like, why didn't I think of this? So it helps to have those look a little bit of understanding.

But yeah, I think they're right. But they should. We should be talking more about some of this. There's so much out there that it's difficult sometimes.

All right. You have any questions about it before we wrap up? Not really. Like, I still want to read it.

I just I'm having a hard time getting like hooked on it. That's just really up about it. Yeah. I don't say you got to finish it before the act like in June.

So you're like three months. But then the leaving force comes out and that's gonna take your time. That was a pretty great book. I'm so not sure I'm gonna read it honestly.

Oh, okay. You understand the audio? I got the audio from also. No, listen, don't hear that.

Whoever's out there from so hours, audio books. I didn't say that. Maybe maybe I don't know. I just don't know.

It just depends. When does it come out? I think it's next April 9th or April 6th something like that. Probably the 9th.

Yeah. So I'm having a trip back home. So I won't get it until late April, which is one of going back. So let's see.

I know I'm gonna stop pushing hard to get John Johnson, you don't have to read it. I'm also doing that on your list. Hey, remember that time when I read Papavandans and one day? One day.

I'm so proud, but I am surprised. I should do that. Me too. All right.

That's it for the five-day storm. I'm just gonna mention we won't go into Warbit when fans about tomorrow. We get a new trailer for Doctor Who and eight episodes titles. Oh, man, that came around over very excited for that.

It's gonna be eight episodes. I know that I don't think that this is gonna be eight episodes. I hope it's not. Doctor Who just is like 12 or 13.

So I think 10 and then a Christmas special or something. I hope not. I hope it's more than eight. Okay.

Let's go. We're getting eight titles. Something not Doctor Who related. I wanted to mention X-M97.

If you're a fan of the X-Men or the X-Men animated series, check that show out. It's really good. I'm loving it. I'm gonna have to check it.

Not only you. I mean, you've been a big proponent of it for a while now, but everyone online is just bragging about this show. So I think we have to and there's only three episodes out, right? Something.

Yeah. So the thing is like I back in my first year of college, I re-watched the whole animated series. I was like, wow, this was like really cool. So I have it like, I mean, my first year of college was like four or 10 years ago, but I still have it kind of fresh.

And this felt just like jumping right back into it. It's silly 90s cartoons. It's the same stories. Do you remember?

It just X-Men kind of the same vibe as yours. It takes place like one year after the end of the animated series. It's in the same universe. Okay.

Yes, no. We saw the house with the round trailer. It's very extreme. We talked about it last week.

So cool. In black. Can't wait. So I'll probably check it out.

My daughter was making fun of me because I watched a few of the story track. I don't not this course. I wrote the name. The cartoons I show now on Netflix.

I started on Netflix. Oh, it does. No, no, no, I wrote the X. It's the prodigy.

Thank you. I haven't finished the first episode. I watched like 10 episodes and it says, start right. Nickelodeon.

What are I saying? Oh, you're watching Nickelodeon. Oh, Nickelodeon. I then we saw a trailer for X-Men.

I said, oh, look, Nickelodeon for you. I like to stop making fun of it. It's Nickelodeon. It's Nickelodeon still a thing.

I think so. I don't have it, but I love people. So I can't say what I'm gonna say. It's still a thing.

If your daughter goes, doesn't Nickelodeon put silence on set for her and be like, this is Nickelodeon. It's a real quick. I've been watching three body problems on Netflix. It's okay.

It's a good show. It's not great. It's a very interesting story and what they plant, what's happening. It's very, not that probably.

It's cool. The writing could be better. It's not bad. Someone really, it's kind of obvious.
