We're getting closer, in team closer to the Ecolyte which is just two months away basically. It's gonna be a lot of fun when that drops in June but here we are today, riding solo, that's fine, I'll do come back at some point soon.
What is that we're up to? It's been a week, I've been slowly listening to Raid Squadron. I really enjoyed it. I had some issues with some old Legends audiobooks when I really enjoyed Raid Squadron following Wedge and all that group that's some great characters, a lot of alien X-wing pilots, Commandos and all that so and this is about 10 years ago.

All right. Star Wars news. And it's been the last few weeks. It's been the last few weeks.
It's highly public news. We got the cover reveal for two books that are coming up real soon. Theres of the name list by George Mann and a great art by Corey Brickly and The Wordy Nameless by Sarada Cordova and art by Peter Antonson. Did I get to show this again?
These are both of them. My boy is there and theres of the name list, Amadeo and Reth. I'm so afraid. I'm so afraid for my two young jellies.
I love Amadeo since I met him in terms of life. Alia, I did a great job introducing that character. At least for me, he might have shown up in some other small stories. We got a little taste of him in the fight of storms and with Reth Silas.
They show up for a little bit more than Amadeo. But yeah, both are going to be headline in the taste of the name list. We saw a couple of the names that's critruising that cover. So I'm afraid.
I'm afraid for my young jellies. What's going to happen? We know that Reth is more of a bookish jellie. He wants to learn a lot.
So being out in the field, we're going to see what happens. But again, he might find a way to combat the name that's we'll see how that goes. And then for the word the name that's Sarada Cordova, a lot of young characters are there. I didn't, Chura, the hot everyone's loving this hot, the other name is great.
I love Java. I love seeing hot. I don't. I'm not falling over.
Churas, everyone else is. But OK, you'll have them. Too really hot. And I guess Axel Greylar's granddaughter.
We don't know. Probably. It's like another great life. It's going to be there.
I mean, Axel. It was a great character. You love to hear him. You love to hear Axel Greylar.
So it's great to have him there. You're right. I'll have Republic Hive just leading up to the acolyte. We got some more acolyte images that drop these past few days from that empire article.
Actually, it's going out on sale today. So maybe we'll get some more stuff in the coming days. I don't have it for the show to it. Just more images.
So if you're online, you'll see it on your web. I love that we're getting Jedi with gloves like the Oort. Has some gloves and they must are sold. Had another glove with a gauntlet.
I don't know if it's Harry Paulic. Just the way everyone looks and the custom designs and everything's just getting extremely hyped. But getting back to those two covers. Again, the Oort.
Probably Bricklifts don't be covered for a lot of the three books. It's just not getting an early park every time. Just getting better and better and better. Then Peter and Tonsai know he's done a lot of the meal great books and the Oortings I always love.
So again, great job about those artists. So Radakor Dava's always great and George Man has just delivered bang. You're at the bank. So far we have Republic.
So both of those books seem to be, are poised to be very good addition to Harry Public. I think the Oorty Nameless comes a couple of weeks before. Oof, tears of the oorthe Nameless. We'll see.
I know I'm getting tears of the Nameless. I'm reading that one for sure. I'll watch out. I'll be worried the Nameless.
I'm not sure. A lot of these we get young adults or main novels. I don't know about with the middle gray coming out on the same time. They usually compliment each other.
So it might be good to get both of them. We'll see. Again, Harry public. They just couldn't give you.
Hopefully we don't get copyrighted for this or they just couldn't give you. Hmm, there's two great covers. They're just throwing a new crawl for Phase 3 on the Harry public. How I would name less rituals.
I knew that they would have done some damage. But they would have just liked the past. That happens. But only expecting a lot of the current fall of that.
Alright, so there we go. A new crawl for Phase 3 of the High Republic. Against the dedication and the passion they put behind this literature, publishing initiative has just been great to see all these years. How everyone gets so high for them from the people writing the books, the people behind the scenes, the editors, everyone just super high for this.
And these Phase 3 crawl just keeps pushing that narrative forward. This is just another book series, and this is very important to the history of Star Wars. And if you've read the Five Storm, it's been out for a month. So they are spoilers here.
If you haven't read it, sorry, cover your ears for a couple minutes. But that last sentence talking about the blight, that's what happens at the end of the Five Storm, where Cares and Take are loses his hand, touching this blight. That's affecting the people who forgot the moon, where they're at. He lost his hand like David Tennant in the Doctor lost his handages.
And then Joe Dinespott, where he puts the hand and takes it to Currisant. For the Jedi to snore, I think it actually goes to Ritzylus. So we'll see how that connects to Bewardy Nameless and Tears of the Nameless. I just love this.
I just love that they're introducing something in this middle grade, sort of this young adult novel. And that's going to be a big part of what's going to finish this Phase 3. I'm very scared. So the Jedi still don't know how to deal with Mark and Roward in the Nile, right?
They're behind the occlusion, so they have no idea, really, they have some idea about not something as concrete to go back and forth through the occlusion. So get a deal with that. The idea with the Nameless, which right now has, there's no way to combat the Nameless, it's your Jedi. And now you're adding the blight on top of these other things.
We have this three layer cake of hideousness waiting for them on the other side of the occlusion zone. I don't know how to deal with all these three, whatever you want to call them, issues beyond the galactic republic. It's going to be interesting. I don't know how they're going to deal with it again.
Baron Boulon and all his weird, nameless experiments as his Duanapricio has something to do with the blight. I don't know, it's a lot. And I know how is all this, we never hear anything about this when we get to the original tree, and all that, and the pre-code tree logic. I should say, and of course, whatever, 25 years ago, when Duanapricio said they didn't know anything about the Harry Potter, they were doing that, so it makes sense, it's not mentioned.
We're going to be careful, all these big events are happening to then not get mentioned later on, but again, we have the acolyte in between. I'm sorry to think that when phase three of the Harry Potter ends, that's not going to be the end to the Harry Potter stories. I think it's going to push all the spinoffs around the same area, still all the characters that we have been introduced to. Maybe it's not called the Harry Potter initiative that we're doing with these three phases.
But there's too much out there right now to finish up in the next year more than we have for 2025 when the last no-welcome ceremony. So I'm going to be surprised at this kind of expanse a little bit more, and then maybe that connects with the acolyte years down the robot. Great cover reveals for those next two books are coming out and Great Phase Three, Crawl. Again, also a man and Eva Chris teaming up to find a way across the occlusion zone and bring the fight to the Nile.
I didn't say during my spoil the free review of the, oh, yeah, the Friday storm. But at that point at the end of the Friday storm, sorry, a little bit of spoilers for it, everyone that was involved in that book has a different view on how to engage the Nile and what's going on in the occlusion. So it's not taking the fight to the Nile, it's helping the people. So, like, in Riz gonna help refugees.
Jordan and Keir are going to move refugees from the occlusion zone to the Republic. Even for Nensers, I get a fun way to help people. That's what in Riz doing, how that's how I was able to connect to people, connect back to the force and people in general helping each other. We saw that with Eva Chris, how she helped, that there was a bunch of brains.
We said, we need to help the people, not just bring the fight to the Nile. So hopefully that's something that also man can get behind. Alright, let me see what you guys are saying in the chat about this couple of reviews. Chura, I knew you were going to love it.
Chura is a perfect neighbor, I am hot. It is manifesting a crop of the acolyte. I hope, I don't know. I mean, I saw a crop, maybe the acolyte will get one.

Finish up, man, I picked up the Linford's on 2-7, they were 50-pacing, but I need to do the first chapter of the Linford's. It's so great. It's what I needed when I got that book. It's a great book.
I'm hoping that all they can finish it up at some point. I think it's the really funny story. Hopefully, again, send an email. Hopefully, if we're lucky at some point in the next couple of weeks, we can get John Jackson on the show.
Hopefully, and then we can talk full spoilers for the living force. So, again, good vibes. Let's see if we can get another Star Wars author on the show. But yeah, living force, pick that up.
And if I just don't, again, I have some issues with the whole story in general. It's a good book. It just pushes you to the next story, which, again, connects a lot to these crawlers with your guns. And then I get Avon's status.
It's like, I'm not going to kill now. I'm not going to kill my mother. I need to find a way to fix things. So, everyone's just trying to find ways to fix it.
And that's, I want all of it to be able to read it. Yeah, I know you love Mays. You love Mays. But I like the way Mays is written in it so far.
It's not a joke. And he's kind of the other jailer. That's suck. Oh, well.
And yes, John Jackson Miller is writing about my novel. Right after Batman Eddy Knight before Batman returns. I know he's busy. He's a busy person at the moment.
He's everywhere and all that. All right. So, let's go to our second news item. And his Star Wars outlaws.
We got the trailer reveal or the story trailer. I should say we made Celira leader of the new crime syndicate, Sarek Vesh, and find out that our main character, Kai Vess, has been hired by Jalen, who steal from Celira and Sarek Vesh. Okay. So it's an open-coming scandal.
It's not really taken seriously by the other criminals syndicates. And at the same time, Celira hires bounty hunter Vail to track and kill Kai Vess. We get Java the hot solos in carbonite. We got confirmation that Kira is going to be back with Crimson Dawn.
This comes out August 30th. I said last week when we talked a little bit about this, this might be the game that gets me back into playing video games. Excuse me. I got my son and Xbox series S a couple of years ago.
So I might be able to finally get a Star Wars game. Well, man, those prices, $70 with unfortunately is the norm just for the regular game. And then if you want to preorder some special editions like 110 and 130, which I forget about that. I'll wait for it to be on sale.
And again, I don't play a lot right now. So I know there's a lot of controversy. You need to have online connection to be able to download the game or be able to play it. I mean, if you buy a physical disc, you still need to connect online.
You need to download that DLC content, which I get that's for country. You know what I mean? And all these other stuff that you shouldn't need for a single player game, where, hey, this is the story and just goes to understand a little bit of what that controversy is or not a lot. But again, just give me the game.
I just want to play it. Obviously everyone on tattooing and then just go fight some criminal organizations, shoot Java, ask them if you know where to Royce, and then hopefully they'll fall down and they'll be sold like this. I'm a Kira. I want to hang out with Kira.
So we'll see this comes out. Not too far a couple of months. August 30th. I would say there's a little graphics right now and video games are so out there, like from what I grew up with, that they're so realistic that they're reaching that uncanny value thing that the human characters look so great.
But at the same time, you get that uncanny value thing of it's not there. So I don't know if it's going to turn it down a little bit to be more video game-like or just go full on with realism. So I understand that it looks a little weird sometimes. Great, but you understand it's not a real person.
But this story looks great. I love this story. So I'm going to give it a shot once it's not as expensive. All right.
Yeah. Return of Lady Kira. But it's just not been gone for long since I've been in the comments for a while and has a book. And I love that.
Crimson raining, right? That's a great song. It's awesome. So DK Janssen, you'll check that book.

Star Wars on TV. All right. So Star Wars on TV. And as always, this is the last couple of weeks.
It's all about the bad batch and episode twelve, JOG or not. We're almost there. We got three more episodes after this week. Three, right?
Yeah, three more episodes. And I don't know. It's looking rough for our batchers out there. But last week, Omega gave herself up just to save Paboo.
I'm pretty sure she didn't want to see Paboo go down the same path that Tamino went and Tippo Kasey did. I got destroyed. Got mentioned here when Crossers talking about funding Rampart and all that stuff. We'll get to that.
I mean, I'm pretty sure Omega didn't want to see her other home get destroyed. We've been mentioning this since we saw the trailer. Paboo is going to get attacked. It's going to get decimated.
Something's going to happen on Paboo. And we got it. I'm glad it didn't go that way. But we knew that Paboo at some point was going to be discovered by the Empire.
But yeah, we had Shadow Clone CX-12 delivered Omega to hand-block back on Tantis. He goes straight to Emory Carr, which I'm not a fan of. I know a lot of people are waiting for her redemption. They feel sorry for her.
I don't. I don't feel sorry for Emory Carr. Omega doesn't know what to believe. She said, oh, at least you're safe.
I'm like, am I really safe? Nala says not here. All that stuff. And I think I'm bad in like maybe one for ten with my bad batch predictions.
Last week I'm like, haunted on that ship. Maybe even batches on that ship with CX-12. They're going to make it to Tantis. This is how Crosser is going to get the tracker and where they are.
No, they're all on Tantis. So again, wrong with that one. Wrong with Tantis coming back in. I don't know.
Three episodes ago. I don't know. I'm getting three episodes for Tantis to come back. And I think I was like 50-50 last week.
I'm down like to 30% right now of Tantis coming back. I don't want to say no, but he might not be coming back. I'm talking about Emory. Even though I don't feel sorry for her, for everything that she's done.
And now she's playing the victim. They keep, hey, Roberta, how are you doing? Roberta, thanks for joining us. You know what?
I was looking at your gorgeous heart for the art mode. I got a couple of years ago. It's just awesome. Thinking about a new tattoo.
I don't know. I might pick something from there. I'm not sure. Thanks for being here, Roberta.
But Emory, they keep pressing on how she should be able to do something that she can do something to help me. And she keeps going back to know I can. What can I do on just one person? It happened last week with Nala say.
It happened this week when I came. Hey, you can do something. I said, no, I really can't. I'm not sure if you're here and that you're safe.
I think there is no pushing this narrative that she's really doesn't have any power to fight back against him, like what's happening on Tantis. But eventually before the end, she's going to rebel or she's going to do something to actually say, yeah, I do have some power in this situation. I think we're going to get that we'll get some of her redemption back. We still don't know her full story.
I agree. Don't know anything about her. She says she was a clone just like Omega last week when she sees the kids in the vault. She says, oh, they're just like me.
And I'll say that she was taken at like young age. So that might come back to play at some point. Right now. Yeah, American car.
All right, you're around. Okay too much. All right. So the empire left, Babu or not left most of them have gone.
The two person gone. There's two German decomps. Three makes it in through some underground cave system. And then that's when Crossers say, hey, I think I got a lead.
I think I know how we can get back to at least find out the coordinates to not Tantis. You're not going to like it. And then we got to go visit our old part, our old pal at middle of land part is this prison area. Where the hell was he on?
Erables, a label camp on errorables, not error bar. This is in the habit. Erables. And then feels like I got you guys.
Come on. All brown eyes. Your friends with all brown eyes. I'll take you guys on.
That's a great maneuver. I have stealth maneuver to just fly on extra ships. Drop some friends down on errorables. And I love I really miss seeing the bad batch as a group going on a mission.
And I know this is in the whole group. Tech is in here. Echo who joined the group is in here. Omega is in here.
Because it was a team of the original main bad batch, not counting tech. Seeing them go on an actual mission together was very fun to see. We saw them together in episode four. And I think it was when Crosshair makes it back and then that Snow planet trying to get into that tower.
They're just trying to turn on the machines and survive the creature. This is a whole full-on nation. I love it. Hunters look at it around figuring out how to get their crosshairs taking people out with its record is just wrecking shop so I love seeing them work together.
We get a lot of solo love and the audience season two love when they're also in that those tanks those turbo tanks reminded me of the conveyance of course and solo and that episode on season two that everyone loves one of the the best of the audience episode so far so a lot of love over there I love the two tanks going at it a lot of great action we don't need to keep mentioning the music and the animation it's over anything that's out there right now some great animation so just seeing that those two tanks going at it they don't care they just jumping over that broken one to go with the other just wrap I mean all the the blockades which weren't the greatest I guess those tanks really went through them again cross hair and record oh it's magnetically sealed you remember let's do plan 55 and record yeah yeah plan 55 and they go with the shot that bounces all over the place I think they did during the clone wars six or seven arc um crosser did that so great to get that back maybe slowly crossers getting better this arm is getting better we see him when they get to ramparts and rampers gonna shoot him he gets that snapper uh that's the rifle out of rampers hand so maybe he's getting better we'll see that comes back talking about rampart last time we saw him season two he got arrested for destroying typical city he sucks he sucks he's all bearded up got the long hair maybe I'm doing my ramp my old rampart I got have a bigger beat I longer be here to the ramp I have that hair right now I don't get rampart hopefully I'll kill you I love record oh you're here to kill me tempting but no and I think oh you're not gonna kill me not yet yeah i know crossers now and another he's better he's not that I'm standing there he was before so maybe he doesn't kill him I wouldn't be mad if you're across at some point just shoot him there so anyway they get ramparts they need to find a way to kind of throw the empire off and they let it's kind of funny they let all the other prisoners go but they didn't take off their binders they're all just running with the arms they'll bind it's like you're gonna get caught just got them off anyway and of course you get you're sealing the thumbnail for this video they just rampart like a ragload just thrown off the ship almost falls back down the ramp so I love seeing that I love that still they keep those comedic moments for the show even though it's a very serious show so far and then interviews with their creators they say yeah they wanted to do this we cannot burn this kind of gag not just when he gets thrown from the jogging up tank to the transport but when they're just holding him up the little two up to the roof of the tank is just kind of throwing out so funny visual uh dread episode then he's gonna yeah I don't really know the coordinates because the empire is that secret but I have a way to find them he says um I know a way around that so I'm actually gonna go find someone else what's gonna happen ramparts like hey there's no need to throw me down again to the prison planet we're all kind of we have the same gold here so I don't know if rampart not hates the empire I don't think we're in a point that he can do the callous thing and join the rebellion is not at that point callous was in four seasons to get to it rampart we don't want rampart anywhere around so we'll see we'll see what happens within our friend Dale is here thanks for joining us Dale sure to check out everything else we've talked about so far but Dale thanks for being here so always a pleasure always fun all right so then we spend a little bit of time back on mountain tantis ramparts like okay you tested her blood she came back positive for a favorable income replication and we get again the explanation that not everyone can replicate midi glorious they tried a bunch of other stuff and the only thing that work was mentioned with omega's blood at least so far let's go take you meet some of the other subjects and then she's taken to the vault and when she says oh these all these are the other pieces to the puzzle and this is your home from now on group door closes you're now a prisoner inside the vault and I'll say won't help you escape this time and your trap so it ended on a very bleak note I should say from mega and we have again three episodes next episode is called Into the Bridge which might mean that they find our tantises and they're gonna go ahead and attack or something else probably something else because I've been like I said before very bad you know my bad batch prediction so far but we'll see what you guys think might happen next week um so let's talk about rampart you think rampart is gonna be a character that's gonna help them apart from helping them find the coordinates to tantis you think rampart might have something else to play what's its deal what does he want with the empire so he's gonna betray them we're just gonna turn that bad batch in just to try to get favors again with the empire we get crossers and rampart wasn't really trustworthy so he might just be trying to collect like turning the bad batch shows get back in the good in the emperor's good races we'll see if that happens I'm still holding up hold that tech is alive somehow his mind has been scrambled eggs but again the more weeks as more weeks passes getting difficult I don't want this to be the last episode he shows up and then everything's fine I wanted to have a more meaningful impact they last a little a couple of episodes so we can have a more impact on the story not just say your life and now you're back on the team so I kind of said if it doesn't happen this week it's not gonna happen I'll give it one more about it by next week we don't get more information that tech might be around I don't think it's happening but we still need to figure out who the heck is CH2 and why did they keep this asset alive there's more they're not ready so maybe that's where tech comes up comes around we've talked about maybe they've cloned crosshair or you've used crosshair's blood for some of these uh sorry special clones we should hopefully start getting the answer at some point soon because we are running out of episodes but like we keep saying the bad batch so far has just been located out of the park episode by episode with my week I should say um so yeah no I'm there with the mose I don't trust rampart at all but maybe he'll have a hox moment of helping them out to get back at the empire might be I don't care if he's hem black wings I just need someone else to lose he might be I mean rampart he's a rampart so bitch so we'll see who's gonna happen box agrees with that point maybe something as simple as that but next week into the bridge and then two more weeks and this is all over so first week in may I believe the bad batch ends and then we get the first awakens comes out and they also the empire comes out May 4th then a month after that is the accolade so a lot of Star Wars still around this year and of course hopefully skeleton crew by the end of the year and all the high republic books in between and all the other books I'm not just high republic coming out soon amazing novel is coming out at some point this year but all right so that does it I think for Star Wars start again it was a good episode not a lot that we need to dive into and break down a lot of action this episode and the omega thing we we knew already that her blood was positive for the income transfer we knew already what the body necromancer was we knew about the balls so it was in that same was a lot of exposition and trying to bring omega up to date on what's happening on tantis and then all this great action with rampart my favorite like I mentioned was just seeing the bad batch again on a mission hitting it out in all stride just going for something and delivering great results in their unique bad batch manner so I didn't love that part so that's it for Star Wars and now let's go to that part of the show we talk about something else that's not Star Wars in a world between fandoms all right and this I usually don't do this I just leave it like that but for a world between fandom so they were gonna be talking about Doctor Who season two and some great news Varadha said who will join Millie Gibson through his Sunday as a new companion to shoot his Galois doctor in season two of Doctor Who in 2025 plus we got confirmation that Ruby Sunday Millie Gibson are still gonna be the companion season two this was a lot of talk about this about a month ago that Ruby Sunday was gonna be companion only for one season where they're doing they're already changing the companion even though it has happened before but now two companions for the Doctor in season two season one is not even out yet it comes out in May and we already got new system two is already in the works and we had heard that Varadha said who was gonna be in Doctor Who I think we already knew that she was might be a companion I can remember but first those those pictures man took out a lot of hotness in one image it's like what are you doing to me I'm not a fan of multiple companions I'm turning the corner that looks great that they look great together I'm extremely excited for the season of Doctor Who kind of season's rebrand I don't know I call that rebrand is still same but kind of it's not new new who anymore new who was 10 like 15 years ago this is new new who we just only fresh Doctor Who season one we should think I was the 15th Doctor wow and then of course Ruby Sunday is gonna be the Doctor of companion for this first season then season two we got Varadha also there with two as the second companion so excited we last week or two weeks ago we got the trailer we got the name for all the episodes and now we get season two announcements and news it's do it I know time and space timely wobbly with Doctor Who wobbly why me it doesn't matter getting the toys it's probably talking about season two even though season one it's not out yet where I'm extremely excited for that and the notification of Doctor Who of course with Varadha and new new who has a so hyped like Bob is saying of course well with the previous comments I love Doctor Who is one of my favorite things actually I'm excited for this I can't wait just for find them fallouts I'm watching the fallouts series on Amazon I remember playing the fallout 76 I rented it a blockbuster played once or twice like one or two days I really didn't I don't even remember if I got out of the vault so I know some of the imagery but I don't know the story so I really I watched two episodes really enjoying it so far I love the end into two episodes two I want for anything we got our main characters in one scene I just love that oh here here's everyone with all their what they're trying to do so I love that everyone's there and we got that conflict starting to brew so really enjoying it this drop all at once I still I don't understand why streaming services either coming to one because Amazon usually does that week to week we see the rings of power with all the other shows and most of them I think actually the miss miss amiss is myth show talk about this publication of Amazon Prime I think also drop all at once I don't know why some shows I decide to drop all at once why some they do that week to week I'm sure their marketing team knows something I want to say that maybe it's that rings of powers right around the corner and they want to get followed out of the way and then rings of power but we haven't heard anything about rings of power system too I think this comes out will be closer to September but we need to start hearing about it now just to start getting that marketing machine going because there's a lot of great TV coming out during the summer so they don't start pushing that soon maybe just leave it for 2025 opening up but so far I enjoyed following up on another episode today I know you guys will be happy and all they will be happy I started watching finally X-Men 97 I've been a little bit there's so much TV out there I don't have the time I watch the first episode today I enjoyed it pretty good I've heard from everyone online that episode 4 is breaking heart so I'll get to that soon just take me a little bit to get past the late 90s aesthetic of the animation but once you get past that the story it's one I left a couple times it felt like a show from the late 90s that you will get back then so that's that it's very loyal I guess to what was happening back then all right Alan you're adding now that everyone has had some pride they probably want more as with the whole season being that's not a bad idea might be that I don't know and everyone's getting that's now I think I know I think I got the the pop up that's it as we're coming I haven't gotten one yet maybe I'm paying more and I don't even know
