I'm a probellian for BuildCon Hope. And welcome to another episode of Breakout of Bellamy's Story, where we spot Cassamio's. I'll be talking to everyone. And no, it goes back.

It's back again. I'm back. OK. How you doing?

OK. Yeah. I'm fine. I've been very busy these past couple of weeks, which is why I'm around.

But I managed to make some time. Yeah, thanks. It was a great surprise when you jumped in a couple of weeks ago. I know we were kind of, maybe not.

But it was great for you to jump in that day. And then just when you told me today, yeah, I think I can make it. Yeah. So I'm going to tell the story.

That time we were packing. So when my dog had to go out, I was like, oh, I'll just use this moment. And that's when I jumped in. Last week I was going to use we were doing the actual move.

And it's like I have an hour trip from the previous apartment to this one. And I was going to use one of those trips to call in. And during the last trip, which was right around the time of the show, I hit my nose with a lamp. And I waited for a second.

I thought I had broken it, but I didn't. But I saw my whole drive was like me like with a and the thing is like in the previous apartment, there was nothing left. It was just a lamp and a couple of like coats and things. So I had nothing to like stop the leading with.

So I got my shirt put it like this. Yeah. It was a disaster. That's fine.

You can take a day with that. We don't need to see all that blood rushing out. Oh, and we'll see. Thanks for being here.

And thanks for watching us today. This is your first time. Make sure you subscribe to our channel. So we don't miss great stories like that.

I'll just tell the story. I always have a story. Always a story. Hit that like button comment down below.

If you're listening to this on the other podcast, I mean on the replay. And also if you want to listen to the other podcast, you're also rating five star review of the fun stuff. And don't be so sure. You ever know, never know who's going to show up.

It's new books coming out. I'm so happy I got the advance review of the stories. I can't wait for your spoilery non-spoiler. Oh man, I haven't started yet.

That book comes out like June 11th. If I really now, but it's time we talk about it, it will be gone. You know what I was doing before the show? I have no idea.

I was watching. No, I was watching Rise of the Plan of the Apes. You know what I did after? I went to the movie theater and watch Civil War.

And then after that, I started watching Donna the plan of these, but 10 minutes into them. We all say, wait, I have a star. What can I have read? So I picked up my copy and read five chapters.

There you go. Oh, before this story, I was very bored. Something with your Donna and the Sceca. So it's happening out.

Yeah, I want to hear your review of that book one in two years from now. Every time for a Nesho show, it's like, yay. Then she leaves out. Oh, no.

Wait, five more chapters. Oh, I can't. I complain up. It's not a book I'm loving, but I will say the Reef Reveal was great because before they told us it was Reeth, I knew it was him just because of the way he was written.

Yeah. Good job. That's like an interesting. I was so happy when he showed up.

Well, yeah, I read. And then you want more read. It's not around. I mean, following out of the shadows, it's the same thing.

He shows up and then he's out of it. Yeah. Yeah. Alan, how are you doing?

Yeah. I'm also you. Mo is here mostly here. She just finished the writing store.

So she's going to be a bit of a consultant right now. I heard the show when she talked about it. Yeah. So she was.

Yes, I think. If you don't mind pushing the show a little bit longer, I finished Doctor Who. So I think I can get my thoughts. Yes.

I listened to your doctor who focused about it. I agree with a lot of it. One thing I was, OK, whatever. But OK, let's go ahead and start.

We can start. But yeah, then they showed the forest just got it. June 11th, when it comes out, we can't talk about it about May 28th. So I'm like, I'm going to take my time.

I'm just not rush right now. I'm listening to great squadron, one of those old legends books. Isn't that the next one? Yes.

You're jumping into a random one. It's the one they send me. So I'm like, I say, hey, which one is this? I'm loving it.

I'm almost done. I got like probably 10% of it left my 33 chapters, I think. I'm actually enjoying a book about pine nuts. It's very fun.

I got the first one when the essential things came out. I really like that. I just you know I keep my distance from Star Wars. If I'm not like dying to read it, I'll just hold it up.

I mean, this one is set on my inbox for a while. And I said, I finished the game for it. I can listen to it on my way to work. And that's just when I go to work, I listen to a chapter when I drive back.

So it's been taking my time. It's very enjoyable. All right, if you guys are ready, I'm not ready. Let's start Star Wars and Star Wars news.

Star Wars news. All right, so you picked a good week to come back up. It kind of is in. It's a slow week for Star Wars news.

A new mini series. Right third from writer Rodney Barnes and artist Ramon Rosanas in Quizitos. Fellows the Empire's Jedi Hunters are staying narrow in on a new target. Tensor Run, a survivor of Order 66.

Good to be faithful and reveal the Jedi Order. He has won the attention of Darth Vader, who is determined to have tens of killed at any cost. So surprise that we got a new in Quizitos comic book one comic mini series. When he first came out again, okay, whatever.

I think it's a good way to get the inquisitors kind of out there in the public because this is what they do and just give them a mini series. And then we get another Jedi survivor from Order 66, which I know some people kind of over it. Honestly, I didn't even notice when I read the first time, just when I read really this morning. Oh yeah, that's a new Jedi.

I don't mind. I think a comic book focused on the inquisitors. It's a good way to go for all the fans of those dog Jedi or whatever we want to call them. I regarding the Jedi thing, I'll just say the same thing.

I always say there were like 10,000 dead eyes. And 25 survived. It's still like a big loss. I mean, it's interesting.

I don't think I'll read it. Like again, I just mentioned I keep my distance from overwhelming myself with Star Wars reading. If I hear good things about it, then I'll probably check it out. But I don't know.

It doesn't really pick my interest. Yeah. Unless it's like a trailer story or something. Then I'll jump in.

I was a bit surprised at the timing. We think also the Empire coming and what's her name now being an inquisitor. Barisoffi. Barisoffi.

So I thought that maybe she'll show up in this comic series just to kind of tie it in. She was nowhere in the announcement or in the title. I mean, that cover page, which the art looks awesome. But yeah, we look cool.

Yeah, it's nothing to complain about. If you like the inquisitors, go read it. If you like comic books, go read it. You know, then just wait for someone to do everything else for it.

I bet I'm gonna call you out on something. Oh, here we go. You need you need pepsi. You need it.

I need something. You know what pepsi is? Isn't that for gas or something? No, it's for acid reflux.

And you're my friend have acid reflux. I don't think you know it. Dude, I for the since Wednesday, I had a pain in my stomach. It just went out this morning.

But yesterday it was taking a lot of medicine. And the last one was mini-con, I think, which is for gas and stuff. So I know it's been a weird week. Okay.

I'm just calling you out on that. No, that's fine. It's fine. I told you're a miracle that I was just...

I think pepsi like every single day before the past like 18 years. Dude, I don't need another ailment. Okay. So my birthday gets close to my 40th birthday gets close.

I don't want to think I was... I haven't acid reflux since I was like three. So I know it when I see it. All right.

Buck, I gotta say to this guy. Hey, Buck. By the way. I'm always reading out of the shadows.

Good for you, Mo. I don't love that book. But I saw you finish the Rising Starman. That's my favorite Star Wars book.

So congrats. You're rising storm. All right. So that's it.

That's it for Star Wars. You can just go on and jump into the bad batching. That segment we co-starved with some TV. Star Wars on TV.

I love our phone. Well, every time he showed up in, I think two weeks ago, I think in an episode of the bad batching. Maybe this week. Every time I say a little mouse, I just think of you.

All right. I thought the episode 13 into the bridge were two episodes away from the finale. Another solid episode. Not generally move the bad batch where they need to get closer to one.

Maybe not a lot to break down in terms of the spend four or five minutes talking about this episode. But again, another solid. Not not privy, but getting us closer to what's most likely this last episode that's just going to deliver big impactful moments. This is just very tense moment at the end.

I'm not going to lie. I'm like, yeah, of course I'm going to attach to the ship. I will talk more about that at the end. There's a little couple of seconds.

I got his that's going to jump. Have you been enjoying this past few weeks of the bad batch and then this one a couple days ago? Yeah, I think it's continued to be solid. I think these past two episodes have been like, I want to say a dip because it's building for what the finale is going to be.

But I think the first half of the season was just so good that maybe these episodes are not as good, but they're still pretty great. I really actually like this episode. The previous episode was kind of meh. But again, it's not that I didn't like it.

I just didn't love it as much as the other ones. But this one was fun. Even though I watched it like a 5 AM. When it's difficult to reach what they did at the beginning of the series and then just keep building on it with by week.

But even if it takes one or two steps down, it's still a very good episode. Yeah. And it started so high that those steps sounds are fun. Yeah, it's nothing.

It's still great. And I love these past two episodes that Hunter has taken a lot of focus because in the beginning was mostly Crosser and Omega spending a lot of time together, most of the character arcs and everything that was happening was focused on those two characters. But since Omega was taken, this last week, like Hunter is back on. It's like, okay, I don't care what's going on.

I don't care that Crosser and Omega get captured. I'm just going to go resular. And especially leading that mission last week and same as this week. But they will get rampart.

The Empire betrayed you through during the in jail because you're the sorority focus either. But what he wants to rescue you. So don't forget that when we go back and turn you back on. And then of course at the end, whatever it's been talking about that negative plan.

I don't care. I'm just going straight into the ship. So I'm very happy that Hunter is taking the lead back on. But we start back on Mount Antes, Omega there making friends with her new, the old Jedi children there for kids.

But Omega, as always, she's been here before. She's already the wheels are turning as soon as she gets down there. She has like this baller vibe to her. Getting a share of the bag of all her shit.

We're going to do it. Stealing things. I continue to love Omega. I love how not the damsel and how she's not the damsel and the stress.

She's like, okay, let's figure this out. I don't care. Oh, there's no way we can get out there. Always watching.

If you try to capture, stay close. Stay close to me. And I'll get you out. But we meet with back with Echo, which we haven't seen in a while in.

Not Cloud City, whatever the Camino and the facilities. And I'll be honest, I saw Cloud City. Oh, Cloud City. They were here season one, I think.

Every time Echo shows up, I'm like, oh, right, Echo. He's one of the best friends. I'm not sure. Surprise at Brax wasn't there.

I'm guessing he'll show back up. We'll talk at the end about just speculate a little bit. I like Rampart. There is none of these, not a bunch of jokes, but they're almost as a comedic vibe.

I still hate him. I still want him to not be redeemed. He has some great lines in this last episode and this week was very funny. I love when they give him the captain's uniform.

I can't wear this. You used to be a hero. I know. It was a voice up.

You've been to motor clothes. It's like, you're going to meet the last line. We're just great delivery. Say it, Mo.

Rampart with the beard is hot. That was like my one nitpick. He put it in your shape, man. Really?

Yeah. Come on. He's here a little bit. I'm going to go ahead and say it.

They miss big Star Wars trope in having the bad bash just dressing regular stone trooper armor to infiltrate the facility. Hey, let's just take a pain off. No one will know the most recognizable and wanted clothes in the whole galaxy. Echo has one hand.

He only has one just wanted proof. At first I thought about that, but then I thought since he's trying to pass us this like Tantis Imperial, he has to hang out with weird people. My Tantis Contruber. When I watched it the first time, I like making all these notes on my phone.

How the hell did they let this pass? I watched it this morning. It's like three times. I didn't see that first time when Echo took all the pain off.

Then I think Rampart tells him, like, come on, look at you. We're not going to be like this. You're just worried about your stuff. We're worried about ours.

Then when they first go down the ramp, the first person that stops them, they're like, oh, those uniforms are not regulations. Then riparts, they're like, oh, they're my special units. They kind of work their way around it. They'll still be fun.

I know records, they don't want to get into one of those stone trooper outfits. That's the same army and the same government. Seven years is going to not notice Obi Wan and Leia under the same jacket. You keep saying this is Imperial incompetence.

I'm not surprised that they didn't notice. I just, my wife, it's giving me some punter in a hat. By the way, it's ever present in this episode, not just on that because they get in, even with all the red flags, like, oh, it doesn't check out. Or these weird people.

Just because Rampart is like, oh, I have governor talking there. So the fear of punishment, which is like the lingering thing of the empire, is what's making them incompetent. The fear of getting punished for X, Y, and Z is. Yeah, there's never any pushback on what he's saying or what.

Okay, I don't want to get into trouble. Don't get into trouble. Don't call that upper management. Well, then going back to Omega.

Here comes our friend, Emory Carr taking more blood samples. And Omega, as always, she's a baller. She's making her plans. She sees the tray with all that medical equipment.

She's like, I'm going to steal that. And I'm going to just open this wall panel. And then she's very sneaky. Ooh, I got something.

Under my sleeves. You didn't see anything. But I love. We've been saying it since the first episode.

How much is grown? She cares not just about restauranty clones. Now, restauranty's poor kids. She doesn't even know why they're there.

How they got there. So I'm going to get you out. I already have my layout on the whole facility. I've been here five hours.

I get it all planned. So keep them quiet or keep them busy for a little bit while I figure this stuff out. Let's go to your tweet for a second. What makes you think Omega's going to leave the clones there?

It's just a joke. She won't leave that. She's not. Crosser is not here to tell her no.

It's just a joke. No. That's the whole plan. That's the whole idea of going back to Tantis and leave her at the clones.

We all think in this clonary value at the end. So the last stand of the clones. Yeah. What do you think about this?

I don't say new because it was probably their first season of season two. This other scientist there that Emory Carr seems to be arguing with. You think they're going to duke it out? Maybe.

I don't think that character is important if that's the whole thing. I love also not love it. It's kind of funny. A couple of weeks ago Emory Carr had no idea about the vault, had no access to a vault.

She's a chief scientist. And there's like 300 people working there already. Like all these people got clearance and she didn't know anything about it. I'm pretty sure those people have to be like slaves there.

Like you can't leave. Okay. You got the job. You live in this little gangway up here just looking at kids.

You sleep on your desk. Oh, one person didn't get to sleep. That was echo. He got sucked up the vacuum to like a poor drawing.

It's going to be a better way. I love that the minute they saw that thing sucking up the the droids are like echo. Go. You know what to do.

I love that. The art to you and it's just bumping into it. Get the hell out of the way. I got a job to do.

I know you look like a like a drawer. But you're on the way. Yep. So anyway, so he gets there needs to.

Sorry. Let's so to get to tantis. They can't get the coordinates because they're giving the same time that yeah, get a cool set. Jump it.

And they get the coordinates when they're about to go. So yeah. Good plan in competent empire. That's pretty.

So the shadow clone, he got omega to go to chorus and get the codes. Once you get the codes once, I'm guessing you can go again. You don't have to go. I think you have to go back to course and every time.

I think so. It's just like a waste of hyperfield. I mean, I'm pretty sure the emperor's clones are there. So I'm pretty sure they're keeping it.

But anyway, so he's trying to. Really so break away these. What is it? Anyway, I don't have a minute.

Oh, I don't know anything. What was that echo had to take down so they can approach the ship for getting the word. The proximity sense. The proximity sense.

Yeah. So be honest, I'm watching show off course is going to do it. We got to a bit of sleep. How high is going to get there?

It was still a bit tense knowing that a couple of episodes ago. I go across our mists that sniper shot to get that tracker. It was a couple of seconds, especially when they send the trooper to find out. Oh, there's a joy that they would go check it out.

It was a very slight kind of tingling. They back on my head that man, they might jump and they might miss the chance. Did you have any point thing that we're going to make it over you? Yeah, yeah.

For two seconds until I realized there were two episodes. They kind of start wrapping this up. Yeah. Yeah.

I mean, because like worst case scenario, they jump anyways and it's a dark fight in. So whatever. Yeah. I don't know what that was.

Was there a touch of the ship and hyperspace? That's true. So that was basically it. We got two episodes left.

A lot to start thinking about. So how about the ramp point? Would you think he has any part to playing the finale? He's there, right?

Yeah. So like when you're still taking him, you already know what you need to do. Just leave him in cruise and he's there for a reason. Well, ramp or survive?

I don't. I don't think so. I don't think he's in our redemption arc, neither. Like at best, he's like a hooks.

Like, oh, I don't want you to win. I don't care if you win. I just don't want him luck to win something like that. I think that's exactly what Mo said last week.

When I said, I don't want his rapper. He'll do the hot thing. I might. He might be freaking him luck.

But I don't mind him being there. It's going to be interesting to see how that's going to play out. And you haven't seen him luck in a while, I think. He was there last week, but he wasn't there this week.

And again, last week was just to bring Omega to the vault. Oh, right. He's like, oh, this is what he's going to say. This is your house.

I just love that character. I want to see more of him. Yeah. So clicks, films, Melbourne is adding bad much sleep out pain so much for stealth as rexide back in season seven when they rescued Echo.

So they do this. There are more. What do you think? Because would you like to see the bad batch at the end after original?

Colored to kind of full circle back to who they were when I started. Red, gray and black. That'd be cool. I think that would be a nice kind of work done hiding or this is who we are.

So I don't have to sit them back with their original colors. But again, I don't like the character. Oh, I think he's an idiot. Yeah.

I like my period. He brings, I know, a brush of fresh fresh air this past couple of episodes and seeing him going maybe face to face with them luck. Just arguing, handle, why are you doing here instead of prison? Well, the emperor himself came and let me out or something.

I think it would be cool to see the tool then go out. I'm not throwing a question because I'm not going to be here next week. Do you think we're going to see Darth Vader in the finale? I'm going to say yes because I think I mentioned a couple of weeks, like episode three or four.

I think that's how hemlocks going to make this end. I think necromancer is going to work. The emperor already told him this very work or you're in trouble talking to him a few weeks ago. If you're asking for a loss or this doesn't work, we'll see.

I think something's not going to work out. That is going to be destroyed and then I'm sending someone to meet with you. The bad batch is on their way there. Something's going to go horribly wrong.

The way I see it is that's where they're sheltering the emperors. They're probably sheltering his clones. When the emperor hears that something's going on, he's going to call Vader. I know you're going to get on a freaking ship and get over there right now.

I'll text him to you. I hope I see him. Darth Vader is not bad batch animation style. He doesn't need to wreck shop.

Just show up and you know what's going to happen. I'm also thinking since they made the model for the season 7 of Kong Wars, but also for the Empire, maybe they want to use it again. Because it's expensive to make. You might end up showing up with a bunch of inquisitors.

Oh, this Jedi kid is crazy. I've got to use the force for the first time. That's my next question. You think Omega or maybe some of the other kids might use the force to break out.

We get a string of things. Yeah. I don't think Omega is for some sort of honestly. If she is, whatever, but.

I wish I just want to venture start her to teach the kids how to control the center itself and then just push with the force. It's been super cool. Suddenly we got a bunch of kids using the force. Just like force-clooping people.

Yeah, that's the only thing they need to do. Force with people inside, break their doors and then just leave. And then they come after they flamf. I'm not saying they're going to play the show.

Go to the core. Oh, Brennan. Hi, Brennan. You got to get there.

By the way, you wrote a message and I forgot to reply, but yes, I'm not playing level before the date you mentioned. All right. So yeah, we'll get that set up, Brennan. Get on auto.

He's the one pushing everything back. Sorry, I can't do those days over the one. So to get all people coming back, it makes sense that Rex is going to show up at some point. I don't know how if they don't have the coordinates at this moment, I don't know who else is going to show up.

I don't know if maybe they get to 10th and they send like a beacon or something. That's the only way. Like, maybe that's the only way they can do it because. Yeah, I want to see these people come back.

I want to see a flashback. So the big question that I have just to finish this talk because the next week is flash strike. And then the last episode is that cavalry arrives. With this thing about the coordinates, who's going to get there and how who's this calorie because we've been thinking, oh, everyone, not everyone.

A lot of people with Matt through these three seasons are going to show up. What if the calories just that three of them or before them with a condacity calories just the bad batch coming into state that day, instead of just Rex and Cody and Wolf and all this. I mean, where's Wolf? We showed up with two episodes and we haven't seen him.

Wolf is the one who's going to be like, I know where they are. You know what? I'll give you that. And we know Wolf ends up with Rex at some point.

So I think next episode is going to flash. I mean, maybe it's like a side episode. Just Rex on his own mission. It's Omega helping someone in Texas.

I think it's going to be them doing like the initial attack of of non-tenters. Maybe beforehand they're like, let's send this begin to Rex and you know, we can't do this on our own, but we have to strike now. And we end up on that cliffhanger and then at the next episode, like literally the caliber. Yeah, they still because they get a detached from the ship on the jump out of hyperspace and they made their way to the planet.

I don't think they're going straight to Mount Tantis. So this flash track is probably getting close to the actual base. And then the last episode. Most saying all the dogs coming out will be so cool.

Yes, it would. Where is Batcher? Where is Batcher? I'm not asking for much.

You can just give me a shot of her walking around Pablo while they rebuild. I'd be fine with that. But where is Batcher? Batcher is here at the place ready for the retirement.

I know a lot of people want Omega story to continue and maybe the next animated show is Omega and maybe some other clones just leave a lady more clones or whatever. Let them retire. Let all their clones that they rescue move to Pablo and just retire there. And just have a happy life as a happy family.

And if the Empire comes, we have all these ex-inpirial or ex-only people here to help us defend us. It's just chill with Batcher and all the other weird creatures. Then Omega had a nice life. She's 13 and she's gone through too much to keep fighting.

Just relax. Or maybe she ends up a massage. Whatever happens. She's in the new Jedi movie with Rey.

She could be both effects around that. Alright, Otis, I'll ask. Tech, are we seeing tech or are we throwing the watch? I don't think so.

Alright. No, I just hope that if tech does not show up before I like, I'll think those are like, why would they tell us tech is dead and leave him dead? As much as I've been saying here that I want tech to be alive and yeah, it's going to show up five episodes ago, there's been no indication that tech is alive. So no one can say, oh, they bait and switch up.

There's been no indication. It just goes. It literally starts with the scene again. It's being like, hey, remember, tech is dead.

It's in the freaking data bank that they updated a couple of weeks ago when the Google showed up. Yeah, tech, we got the Google. But we need to know who that crap is CX2 that clone, he keeps surviving. But it's been gone for like three weeks.

Which, I mean, CX1 was just a clone. So we can't complain if it doesn't. If it's just a clone, it's just a clone. I still think there's hope for that to be crosshair.

Like. Crosshair clones. And have that last fight against himself. Yes, and that was my other option.

I think he's a hundred percent right. It's too late for a tech reveal. If it was three episodes ago, which is more or less what I was thinking, I think it works better. Here's tech on this end decision.

Although I think of cartoons I used to watch as a kid and that would be super something they do. Oh, no, here's tech. Yeah, it's writing badger. It's bad.

Are they fine? Like a fat tube and you. Oh, tech. It's fine.

It's getting out of there. It's fine. It's been in back all this time. All right, I'll take two more.

I want to bet on it. And it's I was texting with my brother the other day. He's still saying to me, holding up tickets a lot. I'm like, I hope, but it's every week.

Nothing is going to happen. Sure. We're going to give that positivity going. But I won't be mad if it doesn't happen then.

Okay, wishful thinking. All right, I'll take any last thoughts on the bad batch before we move on. No, it's being good. I've really been surprised on how consistently good the season has been.

Honestly. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm saying this after not being the biggest final season one and two, I'm going to miss this group.

I've really enjoyed this last season. Everyone's growing up on me. I wasn't too big a fan of Hunter and Raker. They seem too cliche for me.

But this season, I'm from the end of last season. And I think they're done this year with Crosshair and of course Omega has just been a highlight from the beginning. So two more weeks to wrap it up. I don't know when you used to say you did it.

I'm like, oh, I won't forget that. Oh, yes. Go back to your tweets. You're always looking for hot takes.

Oh, man. I'm going to change second. No, if you find a tweet on me saying that I don't like Omega. Even if it's not directly, but something that you can deduce from my tweets, I'll be like, oh, man, I'll apologize right here in person.

So while you look for that, let's go to this next segment of the show. We talk about something that's not Star Wars in a world between fandoms. Do you have your phone with you? I have my phone with you sending me something.

You see that text around? It's a tweet. I want you to read it out loud. For the class to hear.

Oh, my goodness. I'm going to have to put this on screen also. Did you save this or sorry? I got in your profile and go go to Omega and search Omega.

Oh, my goodness. All right. Let me go to the actual. I want to find the date two years ago, May 5th, 2021.

After Star Wars day, you won't. Oh, my hashtag bad, bad, bad, short take. Omega was just okay. It's there.

It's there. Sorry. Oh, my. Two.

I'm so sorry. Don't take everything bad I said about you. The random has just happened. It's fine.

Oh, my. I said it's happened. Yeah. It's I don't know with my mind.

Was covid, January 6, the elections, everything was too much. You're out of the office. Yes, I love the office. It's like Ryan blaming being a victim.

Because you know, we're processing. I'm like. I'm going to go back. I'll go back and to it.

Something out to make it better. Anyway, before we started, we talked about we're getting closer to Dr. Who. Three novels are coming out.

Also, I will not read any. I want to read that's what I might read. I gotta get it. Anyway, the marketing for Doctor Who's has started like you said before having the Disney marketing machine behind them seems to be a great push.

You just finished your whole watch of Doctor Who finally you finished. I even watched the four specials again. Alright so real quick since you finish your the wittaker's run, last time we talked about it, I think you were almost done with the first season, maybe you had finished just some mostly dance with it but overall while you were discussing her tenure as a doctor, the 13th Doctor. The Jodi era is basically like a collection of episodes that with other doctors I would have been like episodes that I would have just like probably been on my phone the whole time and just watched the last 10 minutes because that's what feels so the story.

I just felt like when Stephen Moffat took over like the show changed so much. It turned like it into a modern show, very serialized, very like all about these big arcs and then going to ship now it tries to go back to the Russell T. Davis vibe like episodic then the week and it was like two up up that change to just happen for one episode to the next but like especially that first season it's building to nothing. The finale just happens.

It's a random episode and I don't know there were some cool episodes in that first season like I really like her plan. I like the rest of our episode. There's the one where they're in Norway and there's like this mirror thing that I actually like the finale. I just hated how un-tigling acting it was.

The second season starts out very strong with the sky full episode. That episode was pretty good but then it the interest is this timeless children thing and the loans, Cyberman and it builds and the finale is so un-tigling the payoff at all. Like I just didn't get the point of it and then we get flocks and I would argue that the first four episodes are pretty good but then around the fifth episode I was like what's happening? What are these villains and pensions?

Like really apart from the importance of the importance of the character, I could not understand what any of these characters were or wanted out of this. So again I noticed that pattern everything builds and builds and it doesn't really get a solid payoff. So that's like my basic problem with this era. I love power-up the doctor by the way.

I thought that was pretty good. But like those two specials before. Yeah when I was listening to you Tony talk about it on your broadcast, I don't remember any of this because like you said they're not remarkable. I remember that because it's so stupid.

It's like a plumb man. And then when you mentioned it Norway with this house, it's mirror or whatever. Yeah that's a weird episode. I don't remember the villain in the first episode that collects teeth and keeps showing up.

He doesn't keep showing up. He shows up in the first episode and in the last episode. And they remember the fact that you remember without ever mentioning him again. But yeah season two every don't remember too much of it.

I have to go episode two to see. So what if the reveal the master that you knew he was the master? Yes I knew it wasn't. Same thing happened to him because I wasn't watching the whole point.

So when he got cast as a master, okay I know who he is. So when I'm watching this, you know he's the master. What is this? But I think it was a cool reveal.

If you didn't know that he was playing the master, I think the reveal works. I think my biggest frustration with everything is that, Chodie Whittaker is a great doctor. And I love that she comes in and does something completely different from what all of these dudes had done before. But I just think she deserves better.

She deserves better scripts. We do this thing in the show where we think of iconic doctor moments, speeches, monologues, and all of the ones we could think of were jokes because I don't think she's given like epic doctor moments to own. And right now she's like my, like on the top of my wish list of doctors to come back because I think she deserves better than what she got. Yeah, I mean it's the critique that most people haven't apart from going to all the sexist people that's out just because she was a woman.

And it's the only thing I can have the only way that you when I listen to your show because you like that she was this person that was brand new to everything doctor. I'm like, you're supposed to know how this works. But not only her, but people around her like all the other aliens, nobody, all the doctor, we're going to be afraid or no one can of care when I said that. Yeah, whatever.

We don't care about it. I didn't feel very doctor who I can't agree with you because I like the shot like the shot like wonder of Jody. That's something that she brings into the role. And in flux, I like that the doctor does not know what's happening because it's literally the end of everything.

The doctor has never dealt with that before. So I like to see her wing it and be like, let's do this and see what happens. But in previous episodes, it kind of wrote me the wrong way that the first time we bring a woman into the role, it's the doctor that's figuring everything out. And the doctor don't get me wrong.
