Border agents can now search residences and vehicles within 100 miles of a US border without a warrant. While the House passed a sweeping gun reform bill that is certain to die in the Senate, the Senate is toying with a much more moderate proposal. It's not all doom and gloom this week though - to cheer everyone up, we have a slew of WTF News stories! In the movie world, Sony got punked into re-releasing 'Morbius' in theaters thanks to the popular 'it's morbin' time' meme. Also, 'Joker 2' is rumored to be a musical starring Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn?! GEICO was ordered to pay a $5.2 million settlement to a woman who contracted an STD in her partner's car during sexual activity. The reasoning? His car was insured by GEICO.
