Stand down! We're barely in the built on hook! Thank you, everybody! And welcome to another episode of Radio Rebellion, a star wars podcast, I'm your host, I'm Dr.

K'Laron and Jarnus today, our friend, special guest, Trondie Galak, the podcast, she made me watch this, it's my friend, Lauren, Rohan, and Lauren, and Lauren, and good buddy, oh, the Monday of it all, I'm doing that, how are you? The Monday of it all, and I just be perfect, this show was on a Monday, so the Monday Monday of it all, is out again this week, we'll be back next week, we hope, but it doesn't matter, we are Lauren here to help us, hold down the fort as we traverse the week, that was star wars, we'll do our best, we'll talk about it, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll have to, we'll get a, we'll talk about the home Monday of it all, the home Monday controversy, and then dive into the acolyte, this new star, we're sure that I'm enjoying it, I'm enjoying it Lauren, before we get into it. Yeah, I am, I really am, Alberto, I, I'm enjoying the, the stories, the characters, right, I think it's very compelling, I said that before too, like I, it has not disappointed in that respect for me, like the story, the characters, the acting, I think has been really fantastic. So yeah, I mean, I've been on board, I loved it so far, and I'm looking forward to how this all goes, man, it's been a while, it's been a while, four episodes, yeah, it's been a while, we're halfway, halfway before we get into it.

If you're watching this live, thanks for being here, it's your first time, make sure you subscribe to our channel, so you don't miss any of your episodes when they drop on Saturdays. You don't know who's gonna show up on that side of the screen, we're still working on scaling dates for interview with Desa Grazon, so make sure you pick up your copy of the presentation of the forest, read it, we get an attentive date, hopefully have, or officially say that next week, we'll find out, so stop reading, keep reading, like this video, comment down below if you're watching this later on the recap, and if you're listening to us on the audio podcast, thank you, and it was already in review, so that fun stuff, you guys know. All right, and before we start, there was everyone that's out there watching, if you're in the chat, or not in the chat, doesn't matter, just put some comments there, what do you think about today's episode, or this week's episode, I should say, your thoughts and theories coming up for next week, Darstith, Milo Ren, all that fun stuff, but who's out there today? And today we have our friend, Dale Skywalker was pluck-coon there, maybe there was someone there that looked like him, let's not get into it, Dale.

There's one pre-cultural character, you know, like Ronan, we'll take a while, we'll take a while, we can do this every week. Brian Finnessy, thanks for joining us, loving all the yellow blades, again, going back to Harry Potter, all the colorful blades out there, Alan, joining us, so thanks for being here, Alan, and our friend, Brandon, as always, face-turners, so we're not thanks for joining us. Our prima, Moisier, back show today, thanks for everyone for being here, and we'll see, we'll see, no, Alan, don't say this, three or four, yeah, like down, I know, so yeah, so have these, season to go, hopefully no one else dies, they will, it's the Harry Potter, so much better, all right, I think with that, we can go ahead, if you guys are ready, I'm already next up, Star Wars and Star Wars on TV. All right, Lauren, I kind of asked you before I've been enjoying this series so far, I don't have to enjoy it, same over here, a couple of issues, I have nothing made you, nothing to, kind of take me away from the story, really enjoying it, and this episode, same thing, I was so much stuff brought into it, even the some little parts in course, and they will get into, and of course, the end, if everything lives to that cliffhanger ending, and where it's going, I was surprised, where before we get into the episode, just where the episode ended, I'm guessing you're like, why?

Yeah, I kind of sat there in silence, it was like, is that it? We're done? Like, I was, I'll be honest, I was a little bit like, not mad, again, I don't want to say mad, but I was just like, what the heck? You just want to do it like that?

Again, it's not, again, I know there's been conversations in and about this week, a lot of conversations, but one about, you know, endings and, you know, that's television, which 100%, I don't think that's the issue with me, like the ending itself was great, like that, reveal that, cliffhanger, perfect, loved it. Was I totally on board with the execution of it? Maybe not, but again, that's, that's again, that's more like a me, like thing, that again, it's fine, it doesn't take away my enjoyment of this series so far, but yeah, do that, that was a cliffhanger of all cliffhangers, 100%. Yeah, I mean, it was a very cool ending for week to week releases, I think it works, just keeps everyone talking, that theory is now a hoodies guy who will get to it at the end of our episode, because we'll do our own cliffhanger.

That's the point of it, it's just to keep everyone talking. I know some people have been saying that the way this show has been going, it kind of maybe works best as a full-on binge. I can't understand a little bit because every episode is started straight from where the other one ends, except for the flashback scene, since very, everything's happening at the same time, so I understand just kind of one thing to go with the story, but I mean, we've been doing this in Mando season one in, I don't know, 2020, wherever that came out, 2019, it's like complaining about the length of the episodes. We've been doing it for 30-something episodes, we don't like it, but that's what they do.

So, 100%. Yeah, yep. All right, so, as we've been doing, we thought like, I could like recap, we won't go scene by scene, we'll talk about character interactions, different places, and throughout the discussion, we'll probably just discuss the whole episode anyways. We mentioned at the beginning, and everyone, it's going to be wanting to, you know, waiting for us to talk about it, is that this Kia Di Mundio, we're also, Kia Di Mundio showed up, and we'll get this out of the way, Kia Di Mundio, so do something else.

First off, of course, it's someone's going to hide that that's it for around 100 years before the Phantom Men, it's just going to be Kia Di Mundio, because he doesn't know anything. Like, Kwegong Jin told the whole council, again, Kwegong Jin is a Jedi Master, that was asked to join the Jedi Council twice, that we know of at least twice. Hey, I just wanted to see the Lord 10 minutes ago, we don't believe you. Okay, so why are we saying that Kia Di Mundio, which has no idea that it's sitting around or dark side, because that's not part of that scene, breaks can or whatever.

But it was cool to see it, I'll say, I'm not the biggest fan, I don't care about Kia Di Mundio, he looked pretty cool, so I'm glad that he was there. Yeah, I don't care that his age breaks, breaks according to your canon, I don't think it ruins anything with that sentence that he, you know, that phrase or that, what he said in the Phantom Menace regarding the Sith hasn't been seen, because A, and we'll probably talk about this, and you guys probably talked about this a lot too, on the show, we don't even know if this character that's, you know, Smilow, Smilow, I call him Smilow, Run, I know Darth T, I love that too, that's a great one. That character, we don't even know if they are Sith yet, we just, there's no words, that word has not been uttered anywhere yet, right, and I know we're going to get into the, the, that Jedi Council Coruscant scene, but, and I don't want to jump ahead, but again, that, it's nothing that was said that breaks, what he said in the Phantom Menace, nothing ruins it, I think it really deepens this idea for me, but the Jedi were so afraid of the look, or how people perceive them around that time now, right, because there's a lot of conversations that we've coming from Vinaestra about, you know, if, if we tell or we say anything, this is going to look bad on us, we really got to keep this under wraps, we got to get this done quickly, like, that's a problem for me, what's going on, not that, you know, barely, you know, got a money being in a show, breaks can enter, but yeah, we're going to have much other things to focus on, but this whole, again, yeah, this whole idea of it being ruined, that because he's there, and that proves, you know, what he said is, no, and just like you said, like, he wasn't, money wasn't even on the planet, so he doesn't even know, he's not seen a red life saver, as far as we're aware at this point. Yeah, it's, I don't know, people are just going to jump through hoops to get their point across.

And we talked before, we started the show, it's when they supposedly can, on breaking can, or whatever, became more important than telling a good story. If Jelly Mundi was five years old at this point, or 45, if the story is good, give me that story. I bought my favorite character, I love him because he was a cool character, back in Return of the Jedi, and I'm afraid to say it, he died in 1993. They brought him back two years ago, and the fandom went crazy when he showed up in Mando's Season 2, no one that I can remember, at least the minority, where he was like, oh, they're breaking kind of, he's been there for 30 years, how did he survive?

I don't know, let's see the story. Oh, it's a cool story, he died at TV show, and people want to see a second season. If you didn't like the second season of Book of Over, that's fine. But hey, this beloved character came back, get a brand new show, and all these more stories you can tell.

Why don't people just focus in on that instead of saying, oh no, we could be there, change the date. Yeah, that's what we could be at those, it updates when new information comes in. Do you not know what Wikipedia does? No, exactly right?

That's a joke. That's a joke, the story. And if Jelly Mundi for some research, you're your man, that's your Jedi, which I found out this week. I found out this week, be happy that he's back.

He said, no, he needs to be there at this point, or not alive. He hasn't been born yet. They just say he's alive, just roll with it. And I said, no, it is lying off the jet that I've been in for a thousand years.

Nothing, that name's it, doesn't mean mention. I read like, it's never hasn't been mentioned. Apart from the end of the episode, none of the data knew that there was a dog cider out there. So it doesn't break count.

Well, let's go ahead and spend the whole week. And again, this is the surface level, stupid stuff that we can run off. But then it devolved to all the hateful comments that people that we know in this space were getting vests to us and words and said, it's fake. It's in space.

It's a TV show. Why are we doing this? And that's what we kind of get. Is it worth it?

I mean, it's worth it to defend it. But why we all love Star Wars, but that goes to another place such as people not riding their head, I guess. Yeah, you take it to a level where it's beyond just looking at Star Wars in different views, right? You're taking it way beyond that.

And then like you said, we have people that got and received those harmful threats. And that's not right. And it should not get to that point. When just like you said, Alberto, it's Star Wars.

This is supposed to be fun. It's about space wizards with laser swords and cool ships and pew pew and all that man. Like that's in its core. I mean, that's why we all love it, right?

We fell in love with Star Wars. I know people like to go deep. When I watch it, young age, pew pew and laser suits. And there's a dog walking around.

And he found that the ship was really good. But let's take it seriously, right? Right. I kill my childhood.

Let's have a funeral. Right. Right. All right.

Or a guy that has a cone head, Monday. We're going to get mad at that guy for being alive when let's check notes. We don't even know his race. Like nothing is again.

Yes, people that have read legends. And that's that's fine. If legends have something in there, then yeah. OK, cool.

But we all know we have been doing this since 2014. People we know that those stories are considered legend, the expanded EU, right? OK, let's just get all on board with that. Right.

Let's just say, OK, that's cool. That's how it was here. What's can it like? What's it going to be on this side now?

Like that's it's you can have two things. Like I don't know why that's a bad thing. Like yeah, the money lives longer in one in one area than the other. What's the more stories?

I think I see it. Right. Right. Actually, I scream with no flavor.

Because it's a weird guy. Go live the living force. It's great. It's great.

The living force. Right. Right. And then the other side he likes chocolate ice.

Again, I don't see legends. Neither right. Yeah. But the bottom line is that I'm with you 100% of it.

Like it doesn't take away from anything. Or. Things like that. That's just where we as a as a community, we have to stand up.

There's certain times to do that. This is one of those times. Yeah. That's when that hashtag that...

So I was Twitter hashtag I don't know too go over yesterday. Everyone trying to spread some positivity. Again, walking carpets and for Spanish speaking people. They're weird stopping stars.

Lorn of the end this. We're going to find Lauren. Lauren at the end is from your. I like that.

I like that. All right. So let's go to that scene in Curacent. You kind of mentioned it again.

One more Quiadimondis of when Vanessa walks out with Sol. Quiadimondi and the other just stop there. They're kind of they're arguing. Let's just sort of...

Let's be super awkward about it. Steve's dropping with his big head. Oh, no one sees me here just here. He blends in so well, right?

Right. It's like a lamppost just standing there. A friend of ours to zero. You can't have a perfect time.

Thanks for being here. But one thing that you mentioned, and I love that, which again, this little scene in that small council, I guess, very nice, I was going to give us so much was to think about. When Key Ali Monde says, Oh, we got to tell the high council. And Vanessa is like, we can tell the health council, they'll have to report this to the Senate.

We need to know what we're doing. We still goes back in like twice already when she said, we can report this. Our enemies are going to find out. We're like, do this quick.

So they're already going to go trying to hide stuff. Well, this keep it quiet, which then progresses to the Phantom Menace and hiding that the seat are out there that they didn't know about it. And even if you go to face to the high republic, when Yoda finds out about the level around the name list, this description can be jedi. No, let's keep it quiet.

Don't put in the Jedi archives because we don't want to create panic. So this is a tendency that the high masters kind of go through. So this is breaking down, which is what lets the headlands of this show us how the Jedi got to the place of when the Phantom Menace. It's time to hide stuff or not being truthfully, which again is going to go back to what happened on Brandark with this for Jedi, just hiding something obviously.

So very cool scene. But what I love was not what I love. But what I really want to talk about is when we're in a throughout, I guess nobody knows what's first the other Jedi that says, Oh, it's a splinter order that's probably training May. That's more interesting that there's some Jedi that I guess have left the order.

People have been training the Jedi arts training other people out and creating maybe something and any other orders because they took it as a kind of brush it off. They didn't think too serious about it. Yeah, we know about this and whatever. That's more interesting that whatever age I guess I asked.

Yeah, I that's way more interesting than Monday showing up for sure. I yeah, this idea that and I think it correct me for wrong. I mean, because I'm a little bit behind on my high republic. I know I'm so sorry people.

I try I'm trying to catch up, but as far as we know and again, you can please elaborate my friend about with what you know in high republic. There has really been a mention of this idea that people that left the order and first of all, like leaving the order that that seems very passé blase like that was she said everybody's like, yeah, right, right, right. So this idea that you know, these former Jedi, I mean, really, oh, I mean, again, you look at OSHA too about this like that they let these former padwans or these former Jedi, whatever, just leave the order and then they are like thinking of this idea that, oh, hey, maybe they're training other people and they're not super concerned about it. It seems like or maybe they just are putting pieces together.

Right. It was it's a very interesting concept though. I 100% that I agree with you, Alberto. It's it's interesting that there's this idea of like the splinter cells that came from the Jedi order, right?

Like that's it's almost kind of not even inquisitor asked, but like kind of in a like a weird way, you know, that like these Jedi that, you know, left the order, but then they, you know, started training these force beings in good ways, bad ways, right? They don't really know. They don't say. So it's all very interesting that A, that it gets brought up and then B, like again, this is as far as I know this is kind of the first time they've ever mentioned it.

They really mentioned in the High Republic at all before to your knowledge that way. And when I'm going, I'm going to put something to chat about is the way seekers. So it's not necessarily that. And for next year, I became a way sick at one point after, uh, when in the, uh, it was after anyway, one of the show stories I think it was after in terms of Latin life, she went to she became a way seekers.

You need to find herself again, how she connected to the order. And then after the fall of starlight and what happens in the fight storm, then she comes back to the order after figuring out getting with him, her pilot, one scene, what he was doing and the way he was helping. And then that helped her reconnect with the other order. And we have other Jedi and all are one of my favorite kind of became a way seeker.

And we had forgotten her name. I can't believe it from the comic books and she was in rising storm. She will became a monster hunter. I just jai monster hunter and then she came back.

But that hasn't been any kind of splinter Jedi orders out there. But again, there's still about a hundred years from when the high is going to enter where the architect takes place. And there is well, it's not come back. Vero's that left the order, but he just flat out left.

I don't think he's training and thank you all and tie your egg. That should not be one of my favorite. She became this monster hunter. So there hasn't really been any open discussion about other force centers or force orders out there connected to the Jedi.

Right. Right. This idea that they would start a different order, right? Like separate from the Jedi Council and all that stuff.

That's fascinating. That's fascinating. You know, that's new. That's new territory.

New territory. And in other books, not high-quality books, they've mentioned if you have a delight pad that one, they don't pass the trials to become a Jedi Knight. So they kind of don't move on to become Jedi. They still stay.

They tell, hey, I still stay here working the temple. There's not a Jedi doing all this stuff and helping out. I'm sure someone's saying, I'm not going to work for you. I'm just going to leave and find something else.

Like, oh, shall I actually want to become a mechanic? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

This idea that there might be Jedi out there training people in the splinter cells and the Jedi kind of just brushing as a possibility without really being in twin. I want to find out what that is. That's more interesting. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, very interesting because again, the idea that these other Jedi that left the order would just start training and do like their own thing and like create like a separate order or separate kind of faction, I guess maybe?

I don't know if that's really the right word from the, you know, the main high council, the main, you know, Jedi order itself on curse on. That's wild. That is super wild to me. And I think that really I would love to explore that further, right?

A book comic, give me a character that did that and let's follow him because that's fascinating. That's way more fascinating. Yeah. All right.

So let's keep going. So Ocean and Jackie. Jackie Jan, Jackie Jan, now they are loving Jackie. I like her.

And she's got a lot more to do than I thought her relationship with Ocean and I kind of took another step in this episode when Ocean came to say goodbye. So I'm really liking their interactions. And of course, all these two later on in the episode when Ocean kind of spooling her heart otherwise she had to leave the order, everything that she kind of lost. But I love that that mentioned I wasn't really a true Jedi because I couldn't get over my my feelings or my attachments to her sister.

Which of course attachments, Star Wars Jedi, that's kind of what happens. How your your thoughts on these relationships between those two characters? Yeah, strong. I like it.

I like that these two are bonding. Maybe like flirtations from Jackie. I got that vibe and I'm not mad at it. That's that's that's like the real listening to me.

Let's let's let's let's explore that. Hey, I'm all for it. Let's get let's get let's make the cry. You know, the family real cry.

Yeah, cry real hard when that becomes official, but I digress. But yes, Jackie, I think this was one of the stronger episodes for that character and from the actress. I think they did a really great job. I love the interaction between her and Ocean again just because they have that small connection of soul, right?

But there is that other kind of friendship blossoming with you know with those two and I and I really like it. You I mean, it's cool to see that Jackie, you know, wants to be there for Ocean right like you're saying that scene in the forest where right. Exactly. Yeah.

Yeah. I I love that scene in the forest that you're talking about because I think that just shows a Jackie as a Jedi being compassionate right just as a Jedi is right and wanting to be there for somebody and then just I think Ocean opening up to somebody I think maybe that she has really never opened up to before right? Letting kind of her guard down a little bit and telling Jackie kind of her feelings, you know, a little bit more than than she's previously has given to really anybody. So I like that relationship.

I like that friendship. Hopefully, you know, slash relationship making a cannon make it official, baby. But yeah, I love that little scene in Coruscant when she's training to that school is always cool. Again, you're going to I'm a sucker for cool like training montages, especially like pair of ones and course not.

That's good stuff. I love it. Yeah. I thought that Jedi was the guy from the wildling.

Game of Thrones. Me too, buddy. Thank you. Yes.

Someone else. Right. I got a little excited. I did do it.

I got a little excited. I got a certain point of skills. Thanks for joining us today. So I love that little scene there.

I also love what it means for Jackie in terms of their Jedi. They can and she must I'm just doing my job. It doesn't really come into the mind that someone's going to go to them say goodbye. Hey, thank you for letting me for another assist was allowed because I thought it was even if she's still a murderer.

Thank you for giving me basically disclosure out there and just doing my job. Okay. But next time we'll grab a beer. We'll go to a bar.

Talk about salsa given that little. A little bit there and also makes me think as we know from the trailers or the clips. There's a scene which I thought was going to be when I didn't know that we're twins. I guess now may holding a knife to Jackie's neck.

I know that's a one of the trailers. Maybe that's what gets OSHA kind of to confront me later on. She's still kind of I don't know if I can deal with her. So I see where that goes.

But then of course it's very emotional. I guess emotional plus I open in cities when. Oh, she's still telling her about how she lost her family. She lost me and Jake is always not defined by what we lost, but what we survived.

I love that quote. Yeah. Great job. I quote out there to kind of leave everyone of course and then you can get all the examples from the whole franchise that cannot connect to that.

People go to Ray to Luke losing everyone. So it's Rosico save. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. So we're not defined by what we lost or defined by what we survived. Yeah. And just for her to say you have survived a lot like this acknowledging what OSHA has been through.

And again, just for them to have just met not obviously not long ago. That's again, it's very powerful and it's very again, very Jedi, right? I think again, compassion and selflessness and trying to be there for others. It all fits.

Yeah, I love I love what they're doing with with Jackie. Again, I can't wait. Hopefully to see more action from her like again more than just the practice. Her practice savers.

Let's see X 23 with a lightsaber. I know that's one of the. Yeah, that's that's what Leslie wanted just to see it. And I'm hoping we'll see in the real soon because that will be very cool.

Yeah. I think next episode is going to be very action. Especially the beginning. I know there was an interesting was on her social media.

One of the writers can say, yeah, we understand that the episode kind of ended a little bit. Shockfully, basically, it was a little bit short about story wise. I was the best space to cut it next week is a little bit longer kind of. Picking up right from there.

Yeah. And from all the trailers, we've seen this seems to be the setting where a lot of the action takes place between those Tifus, whatever you want to call them. And and the Jedi. So very excited to see actually.

I like saver. I still think we're going to see Carrie and Mars back in flashback doing more stuff. Yeah, hopefully. So they're still out there.

Oh, yeah, 100%. Yeah. So let's keep talking about OSHA. Well, now OSHA and soul.

I think every week we talk about these two guys. I mean, we all love soul. I said every week it's going to break our hearts when we learn the truth about what happens and we're getting closer with that little comment he made in a second. But so kind of first thing, I said, hey, let me be the one to come bring me in.

If we lose again, we won't find our master is I think I have an in. I think I have something that she wants kind of using OSHA a little bit for his game. But we find out you're not here for me. You're here to basically face your feelings, your past and your fears.

We're just going to ocean saying that one of our star wars line. They're still good in her connecting all the way to in parts like that part in her that loves you. So to be one of our father. We all need soul.

We all need so. Yeah. I just soul never did. Who will do anything wrong?

You're not wrong, Roberto. You're not wrong at all. You're not wrong at all. Yeah, I again, I have grown soul has been one of my favorites set like just solidly throughout the series.

And I just love again, just those small moments with him and OSHA again, just you can tell how bad he feels right? Like you can just see it feel it that whatever happened and like you're saying, we're getting closer, right? Little, little bit and I love that part of the storytelling in it. Don't want to digress too much, but I love that he just feels so strongly that he, you know, he feels terrible for what happened that day.

And he feels more probably terrible, definitely for OSHA, right? And then he even again, he feels bad for me. Like he wants to save her, right? He knows just like you're talking about and that scene with Vanessa.

He knows that if that other data, I think is it master hold in, I think maybe their name is. He was like, you know, if if they take May, it's not going to end well, like you're saying, and we're going to lose the one thing, the one connection that we have to this mysterious figure, right? So he's thinking logically, but I think he's also thinking with, you know, within mind of what he did 16 years ago, right? He wants to right a wrong 100%, right?

I know the other Jedi are dead from that time, but he seems to be the one that is actively actively trying to maybe not fix it, but make a mess with it. Yes. I can't believe I forgot her name, but Carrie and Miles in Dara. Oh, and Dara.

Yeah. And she was hanging out in a noodle shop hanging out with people. Tobi went on a 10 year barrage bow and then come back, I went to hide. So at least he didn't do anything for the past since May left, but once he kind of figured out, he's trying to make a mess or hopefully we get there.

Yeah. Thing that I haven't seen people talk about, maybe I read it wrong, but I seen it three times already. I always have the same reaction when so goes to OSHA to say, Hey, I need your help with something. Oh, you want me to be a Jedi again?

And not exactly. I just need you to come with us and both. She kind of felt disappointed that he didn't answer you. Yeah, yeah, again.

Did you get that feeling? I'm like, Oh, a hundred percent. Well, she'll be a Jedi again. I think right done a wall with that.

And I'm with you on that one. I definitely felt that she it's very interesting with OSHA too because her talking to Jackie, right? You just get the sense that she's like washing her hands of the whole situation, right? And the moment that Jackie brought up soul in that conversation, she was like, I caused, you know, I don't want to cause him a problem.

Yeah. But then the moment he goes to her and he's like, Hey, I need you. And then her first reaction, like you're saying is, Oh, you want me to become a Jedi? Like that is very interesting from OSHA's perspective that she's wanting to even after all this time, right?

I mean, we know in the flashback that's what she wanted to be, right? And then everything happened. She did, you know, she did go through the little Jedi training that she did, but it wasn't wasn't for her, right? That the council didn't deem that she was well or whatever, the case may be.

We really don't even know that much about that. But the fact that she wants to still be a Jedi. I love that. I love that.

Oh, she just that didn't deter her all, you know, with what is all going on. There's that still little piece of her that's clinging to this idea of being a Jedi, right? And then for, you know, again, and then in souls, in in souls perspective, like, no, and I think he sees, I think he has right. He's saying the right things where I think he realizes that, you know, she's just not.

She's not there for 100% she's not ready for that journey to start again, right? Cause she went on in a little bit, but to continue going down that I path takes a lot. So you can see where soul is, you know, trying to protect OSHA, right? But he's also trying to help me.

So, you know, putting them together and he knows just like you brought up and I love that that's what soul said is that, you know, he saw made transforming to a completely different person. Yeah. And then you can, you know, even thinking about that scene in episode three, she did like her whole, the whole she saw her in. Right.

Oh, she's like, oh, she's like, right. Episode two, yeah. Right. She, she was like that rocked her and soul picked up on it, right?

And that I think even OSHA felt that, but I think she's having a harder time accepting that, like accepting the fact that maybe she wants to be with her sister or wants to, you know, help her sister. Cause she kept, she said that the Jackie and I think she kind of said the soul too, that she just doesn't, she doesn't know how she's really going to react, right? Before they get to the planet, like she's just very, she's hesitant, right? She's very kind of scared.

I don't know about scared, but she's very hesitant about facing her sister again, right? Seeing that. She just doesn't know what's going to overcome, overcome her with, right? Emotions and all that.

That's something that came out a few times. So then we'll talk about it a little bit soon when she's talking to your, it's basically, I can't, if I hesitate again, basically, if I tell you, you have to kill her or something because I can't, but also going to, is she going to be again, is she ready or not? When she's trying to feel like, and she's always thanks that preacher and that's why I touched her and it died on for sure. And then I think I'm ready to face me and so it's like, you're not ready yet.

Like I didn't bring you here to face me. I brought you to face your past after you overcome that and you start feeling the force I get in you, then maybe we can start talking about rejoining the Jedi, which I can hopefully by the end of the season. That's where we're at. And it's really very interesting going back to the point that you said is when she's like, oh, yeah, well, she's a murderer.

When so, oh, I saw her and she wants, no, she's still a murderer. Yeah, well, she's family. Yeah. We don't have any great stuff for a family.

So we're that and I hope we get a good chunk scene of the two of them. Either going back and forth with everything that happened or something. That's not just a throwaway. Because we'll see.

Yeah. And I, yeah, 100% I trust the writers too. And yeah, it's just her hold the meaner too. Oh, she's the meaner from Coruscant to Kofar.

You know, again, like you're saying, you brought up that scene with her and kind of sensing that creature and everything. Something is definitely in the air in Kofar. Yeah. Whether that be maybe a little more forcy stuff, who knows, right?

But for her to connect to him. Yeah. What's the forest plan to have some forced connection? Heavily, right?

And that would make sense for sure. I think I mean, I think that could kind of would jive with a lot of things that we know and have seen before in Star Wars. So yeah, I think that it's just all very interesting from, you know, Coruscant, OSHA, right? Those scenes to Kofar OSHA.

And then specifically when they get deeper into the woods, her whole, her whole demeanor changes. I like it. Again, I think we're going down a path where I'm with you on it, my friend. I think she will become a Jedi or at least go back to training, right?

She I think I think that's hopefully her character. I love it. I love it. Yeah.

And on her way from Coruscant to Kofar, I'm very funny scene. I'm not wearing those civilian robes. God, to which is just there standing the transfer. Her civilian robes.

Little funny stuff in the show. There was another one. I can't read. Oh, I'm Basil.

Oh, Basil. The basil of it all. Yes. Yes.

All of these connections from the yard was overtaken everything. We always need a time to talk about the yard. I don't know if he brought in Basil, the tracker, where he's the one trying to control him. But then in that little shuttle and the audience going through his presentation basically and then.

Oh, she I'm talking to Jackie about what's that thing or who they hear they talk about and then you only has a face. Question civilian, which I love reminded me of. May's window and then oh, so good. Oh, no, no, your great presentation is still jalina.

I love the relationship that those two have. And then of course, being the the stickler. Oh, that blaster is probably the Jedi order. You'll have to return it or something.

So just think over there. He is so what the Jedi are becoming what we see them become in Phantom Menus, right? Like he is the epitome of what of that kind of change that shift that I think we see, right? And right he had he I don't think is intentionally funny, but he is like funny.

Like you're saying like he's giving that you know, hard like hardcore briefing, right? And then he tries to like call out OSHA and then her response of no, dude, you're solidly thorough. You're doing so thorough. And I just love Jackie's response to like just kind of puts her head down and starts to clean.

Like it's a good again. It's like a everybody is like in on the bit with your right? They all like kind of like give him jabs. And I love that.

And I love that. But again, like I said to you, they get on co-far and then he's very, you know, leery of OSHA. And you know, I don't think you should have that. That's yeah.

That's Jedi property. You know, she's like, well, I have it. So you're just going to deal with it. But again, then later down down the down the episode, they have that really lovely conversation and where he kind of where he tells her.

He's like, you know, I'm just really worried about your concern. Like I'm concerned about your safety. That's why I am being who I am right now. And you know that she and I like that he brought that that piece of conversation about, you know, if I can't do it when she's telling him, if I can't do it, if I can't stop me, I need you.

And you know, just his, you know, the him being up at that in that moment, right? Like where he, you know, he basically is telling her like, you know, don't, you know, master's soul knows what he's doing. You know, he's a wise guy that's, you know, he is bringing you here for a purpose. You know, it's been a wound, you know, he even brings back, you know, even back when we were petal ones, right?

He's bringing back the past of those two and, you know, saying that that's always been a wound and you know, this is hope, you know, like he, you can feel that concern, like it's genuine. Like and you even felt that in the first episode too, I feel like, right? Like that genuine concern when he saw her the first time in episode one, like she was like, oh, hey, buddy. And he's leery, but he's trying to, like he's being very friendly.

But then, you know, she started to kind of bring up the past like, oh, you know, we were petal ones and he kind of softens a little bit. But, you know, I want to explore that story for me a little bit more, like their past, like, how were they, like, what were they like as petal ones, right? Because they seem to have a very deep connection, right? Like a deeper friendship than I think we have seen or that we haven't shown just yet.

And I would love to explore that more. And maybe we will, maybe we won't, but I would love to get a little more detail about their friendship. Yeah, even from that first episode, he meets her in the, in the whole year to kind of have to deal with their own fears. So he, I know we all love your, we love to make fun of him.

I think he's on purpose, but on paper, when we saw the cast and kind of a little description, he's the one I gravitated to. Because I do love those Jedi's are, by the book, kind of following what the Jedi order says. And then, as experience grows, they'll change through time. I've always loved this character.

And I love, like, imagine his relationship with, with Ocean from the world now, he's an item. She didn't get to that level. He's kind of like, oh, I have my own father one, somewhere. That father one is always doing something.

Nobody knows anymore, yeah, where'd she got? good luck to the point. But I love that he's still kind of treats her now as a little sister, like I'm not, I'm still a parlor one, but there's still that relationship there. I'm afraid, I don't think he's going to die.

Oh, let me rephrase it. It'll be more interesting for me. If once he finds out what really happened on Kofar, which a lot of us think it's that the Jedi has something to do with what happened there, that his whole vision of the order is going to break, or he's very rule follower. I mean, he finds out that the order covered up, let's say, a massacre of which is Kofar.

It's going to go nuts. It's like, I've been told to believe for years that the order was the most righteous thing that you guys are all this. I think it's going to split from the order and go do something else. That to me is more interesting that I was going to get cut down tomorrow or next week.

I would love that. I would love that because I think that would shake his character to the core when and if he does find out what happened, you know, 16 years ago with witches and Brenda and all that, like what would how his reaction will be very interesting. I think once the truth comes out, because like you're saying, he has been the by the book guy, right? But then once he finds out that the Jedi broke their own rules, right?

Is he going to be going to become a wayseater? Is he going to become just a guy that leaves the order? And maybe again, maybe he becomes a splinter starts my own Jedi order situation. Like, yeah, my season two is not bad.

Yeah, in season two, we got to go find this. This is still an origin story, right? Yeah, there we go. But it's even whatever happens with him, but at least to see that on screen of a character's being sold by the book Jedi, otherwise, to have that shadow to see them and have that conversation with other with all of the nesser with everyone, that's interesting television and isn't that kind of changing Star Wars in terms of you don't need to just become a safe like Anakin when you don't like the order.

There are different, there's more steps before you become a murder, right? Right. Right. Unless there's anything else about this you want to talk about, it's when Saul tells me, I mean, OSHA, oh, once we get made safe on the ship, I'll tell you everything.

What are you saying? Famous last words. And you're admitting that something happened. You've never been truthful.

Right. So we support your rights and wrongs. But why? Yeah, it's, oh, it's that good old, that good old trope, right?

Of the I'll tell you everything, I promise, you know, Ned Stark to Jon Snow that came with thrones. So like, it's fascinating that he says that. But again, it brings up a lot more questions just like you're saying, Alberto, like, what has Saul been not, I guess, fourth, like B has not been more forthcoming with, right? I don't think he's like lying or trying to put sweep things under the rug.

I think he's just trying to protect OSHA and May, right? I think he's really trying to keep them from the past and trying to keep them as safe as possible from those events. And then I think he's again, maybe he is now ready to tell them the truth and everything like that. So I, yeah, whoo, famous last words, hopefully not, in this, in this instance, but it should be interesting.

I want to see that scene. I think you're saying, like you're saying, I think it affects so many people, right? That conversation will affect not only, I think, soul, right? Like telling the truth and like letting go of his past that affects OSHA and May, right?

And like we're saying, it could affect yours and other Jedi, right? Of knowing what actually happened 16 years ago that is not, it's not written down, right? It's not in the archives. It's not a part of the Jedi Council's like knowledge.

It would be fascinating. And I hope we get to that point. I do. Yeah.

I mean, I think we will, but I hope soul is there to tell his side of the story. Oh, man. I, I would say this so much, so much. I'll tell you when we get home.

Yeah, I don't like that. But I love this coming from the altar. Your threat is to live the order. It's not for possession of the Council.

Not wrong. That's okay. I don't want to go there. Hey, I think that's it.

I hear you want to be like master on the Council. Okay. You see to keep quiet if someone mentions it. You got it.

There you go. There you go. I don't know what if solid line was it because it's over Nesra. Oh, if I knew that may was alive, I wouldn't accept something.

So at least that part in his mind, he saw may die. So that doesn't change. That is very sure. It's whatever happened upstairs before he got down to.

And we'll find out eventually. Right. All right. So may and chimer the mystery out there.

We're getting closer to talking about the mysteries. But what's chimers deal with the master with me? He says, oh, I'm just helping you. I just want to help you.

Why? What are you? What are you? What are you?

What are you promising? I didn't promise anything. I just saw him. You know how he loves to collect people.

That's why who I've started which city that we know of collects people. I couldn't think of anything. The nice of rent is no safe. Nice of rent.

There's like six or seven of them. I don't know. What's chimers do we make? Why is he helping her?

Yeah, that is a again, one of the mysteries, right? I it feels like he's watching over her for a purpose. Right? There's there's got to be a reason we don't know it yet.

Could it be because he is the guy behind the mask that we'll talk about? Yeah, we're gonna get there. But I feel like there is a purpose that he is watching her in that he was sent to do so because it feels like they've been hanging out for quite a while. Right?

Like just get that feeling that they have been doing this kind of whole journey together. Right? Because he's obviously very aware clearly of like her past. Right?

He knew about, you know, he knew about the he knew about OSHA. He knows that what this mysterious figure is asking her to do. Right? He knows a lot, but he's playing it as if he's a goof.

So again, right? The whole is he isn't he? What's his deal? It's very fascinating.

I don't I honestly think his I think he has obviously feelings for her verme and I don't know if that's part of it. It could be or is it because of again what he is supposed to be doing that was you know what the master told him to be doing? Right? What what is his objective?

Right? Because May has hers. Right? But what's his objective?

And like he said, you know, the master collects these people. Well, what's your story then? Like I'm fascinated with the story. Like how did you end up with the guy?

What did you do? What's your past? Like that's again more fascinating to me. And I hope we get to explore that more as we move forward throughout the series because he's a very interesting character.

Like even when we first, you know, got introduced to him, interesting guy, right? He kind of goofy, but then he knows more than he's leading on. He's again very aware of May, her whole situation. He's a very aware of this figure that she is speaking to their master.

Right? And he is a one thing he definitely is afraid of him because when May tricked him, right? He, you know, he was like, let me down. He's like, come on, I can still help you.

And basically what, you know, when May was like, I'm going to do it my way. I don't need to do this anymore, which I would do. I definitely want to talk about May's kind of flip, but I want to say what Kaimir for a second. But when she said that, you know, I will I can give basically, I can give the Jedi what they want.

I can give this dude, this guy that I'm this master and his face for like, I read that as complete fear. And the way he just said he will kill me like, whoo, that sent chills because he again, that shows that I think was the first time that I think you saw any kind of like, not weakness, but very unsteady, very unsure, like very frightened. I was fascinated. Well, there's something that conversation when she traps in, she's just give up myself to the jail or go to call Naka, I'll give myself a call, oh, no, put you in prison.

Oh, no, not when I tell them who I know. Like, but you don't know who your master is. So, she know there's someone else is like, there's some a lot of little things, little hints drop here. The collect people is one that really, yeah, that's fascinating.

Maybe it's once it's lowered, collecting different acolytes to see which one is going to be the his apprentice. Maybe it's the original Ren trying to pick up the Knights of Ren. Maybe it's doing some weird stuff. There's a lot of little things there in this episode that we can really start breaking down.

And I remember another funny part in this episode is when Kaimir, oh, are you gonna kill a Jedi without a weapon? Because you've been sucking basically. You're not very good at it so far. And then it goes to, oh, it's not a test.

What does she say? It's not a test. It goes in the final lesson. Attacking a defenseless person goes against everything that Jedi believe, which again, it's been three years now, hasn't happened.

And always you have so basically she failed that test already. Right. But I know I think that's been going on since that first episode when she's like, oh, in Dara attacked me. Oh, you have no weapons.

I don't attack all the Jedi don't attack defeneless. And then she's like, that's not really true. And then it goes through the whole story. It's a big thing.

Kill someone attacks on with our weapon. But yeah, let's talk about me giving up a request kind of came out of nowhere. But at the same time, she says, my allegiance is not to you. It's not to your master.

It's to my sister. She's alive. It changes everything and bouncing. I'm gonna trap you like a like Chewbacca.

I got trapped with food. I'm just gonna bounce. You said it's 10 minutes that way. Were you did that?

Can I not occupy surprise that after killing too much today? Like being so gone home in this mission kind of oh, she's like, but again, it goes back to what Sol said her eyes off and everything changed when she met you. Is that where you're going to? Yeah, it was a shock.

And this is one of those things I think didn't. I don't say jive, but I think it's one of those like, huh, but not in a bad way. I'm like, okay, curious, like character development, character choice that the show was doing. Again, I and I'm fine with it because I felt even from, you know, early on in the show, that I felt like this eventually this would happen where I think OSHA may come together, right?

I just didn't see it going down this way. And that's fine. Again, this is that's not again. It's not a knock on the show.

It's just me like not expecting it to go that way. And I was a little bit like interesting choice. I'm surprised that they're going with it this early. But again, we have like four more episodes, so there's still a ton of story to go with.

But like you said, the more I thought about it because the initial my initial watch, I was like, huh, I don't know. I'm I'm jiving with that change yet, right? I'm going to buy it. Like that's what I expected.

But I not I don't know if I was expecting it that soon and how it went down. But like, but just like you said, help, Bruno, because of what Sol says. And because we see that from that episode when she sees OSHA in her complete change, I buy that I buy that may is strictly now, you know, what I was doing this, because I thought my sister was gone. I'm doing this for revenge, for justice, for all that, right?

But now that's gone. I don't care anymore. In her perspective, I get that because now she's like me and my sister, we are, you know, the whole like mantra that I did in the last episode, right? I am, you know, we are what I love that because again, that harpens to this.
