It's been It's been a week, Star Wars news, there's things happening, rumors Are they true? Are they not? We're not gonna be hitting on all those but We'll do a couple of things before we jump into the bad Every week, it's been blowing minds, including minds I wasn't the biggest fan of season 2 or season 1 I enjoyed it, but season 3 so far, I've been killing it But before we started, we started to let out friend, brain and bass turners They were not, how are they doing?
Brain and hello there, thanks for joining us Make sure you follow Brain and his shows over the next night And yeah, we gotta do something, and not do you reach out And do something to get out the future and start a war planet And our friend Alan, how are you doing Alan? Thanks for joining us And yeah, Otis we're covering from the awesome minutes of doing, as you say, Brain and I'm gonna try and go soon, if I can't go this weekend, I'll go next weekend I wanna watch it, I like to do a first doing It picked up at the end, so I wanna see that continuation Hopefully, I'll enjoy it, everything else has been great I mean, all the reviews, all the chatter so far if we're doing something great So I can't wait for that, I love sci-fi I watch that different sci-fi movie, yeah, so the Space Man on Netflix, Adam Sandler Paul Deno as this weird space fighter, interesting It's less than 2 hours, so you guys wanna watch it, go ahead It's a nice movie, it's cool, so different type of sci-fi sci-fi movie, so go check that out, on Netflix, if you guys can If you can make it to the end, watch that Well here today, it's Star Wars, with a few PUs and the Broom Rooms The big box that we all know, so if you guys already, I'm not ready, let's talk Star Wars And we start, let's say no, we like to call Star Wars news Star Wars news Alright, Star Wars news, and I can say that at the beginning, there were some rumors I don't want to spend too much time talking about what's supposed to be the title for the Ray movie Which I still think it's gonna be episode 10, I think they said like episode 10, a new beginning That was debunked, like, 5 minutes into it, I don't like the new beginning title You know, I call it something new, call it the new Jedi Order, or give us something different So yeah, and then some of the stuff, I guess, I don't care too much about those But let's start with something that, I don't think it's a rumor This is coming from Death Line, so you know, it's probably good And for Death Line, the Lorean Grogumov is set to start filming in the summer The movie, which will be the first Star Wars movie to be shot completely in California They're not going to Pinewood or some other places As an added-to-day production, which says the last day around October This will give it about a year and a half, the finishing October, the movie really comes out May 2026 Which is what most of us think But how about a year and a half, maybe more for post-production That's very encouraging, in terms of a lot of people are kind of down That if it's just going to shot in California, that means it's going to be all on the volume It's not going to be that great But if it has all that time in post-production, hopefully they iron out any interest they might have To make it sure it doesn't have that volume field, which for the most part, I don't mind the volume It helps them, and again, 92 days is pretty long for a movie, at least like four months, if they do five days a week I don't know how long it takes to shoot the home on the lorean, eight episodes and all that stuff But I think it gives enough time, hopefully for the special effects and the VFX crews, which we've learned recently They're not treated as in general, in the industry So given a lot of time to work with all those VFXs and get them strong out, over work, even time, high enough people So I'm confident, I mean, I'm not so confident, I'm hopeful for this movie, I'm getting more high-grade I think it's the right movie, the first time we talked about it, I wasn't too high in that This should be the first time I was moving to make it way back to the theater and high now So I think it's a nice move, 90-days is a long time for shooting, so hopefully They don't cut a lot, I've heard at least for the Mandalorian that John Farro likes to shoot a lot of stuff and then cut just to give it a faster pace We'll see what happens for the movie, what 92 days is a lot And I've read Roberta and Negatice, how are you doing Roberta? Thanks for joining us today, it's doing a lot of great art, I can just posting it on Twitter, people have it Love every time you put something other, Alan is saying, wow, if I had time, I would want to win the background of the Mando Grogo movies If you're in California, I just walk by, the little knobs backpad, Alan is something just a little knobs there, it'll be fun Alright, so yeah, great that the movie is getting ready to start rolling I know that Joe will start with movies, or yeah, they get announced when nothing happens So good, it's there, they learn to go through it, they gave them this California text ready, that's because they don't for a movie out there, so it's happening It's coming, it's almost right around the corner, we're already in March, we're still shooting at St. June, then by October, it'll be done Ah, so we'll see, we're getting closer to a star who was moving the theater, a new one, a new one, because I know the Phantom Menance is allowed to be released in May also Alright, so cool, are you guys excited for Mando and Grogo to win on the big screen?
As we get closer, we'll try to start speculating and hypothesizing in hyperspace of what this movie might be about, so we'll see Alright, so our second topic for discussion today is that Chauson wants pigs, Hayden Christensen during his interview with Empire Magazine expanded about his time-work and the prequel trilogy, advice that he got from Josh Lucas, even apologizing to the youngling he had to scare when Darth Vader is going to kill everyone in the D.T.E. temple But there was one comment that I want to highlight, the one that caught my eye on, it was a great interview, we're not going to go through all that But it was the reception from some fans, and that's something that we've discussed here a lot, a lot of times on social media people talk about it But also there's been a little bit of this revisionist history out there of people saying that no Hayden, Hamad Bess, and Jake Lloyd, all those people, they wasn't hating against the defense, they didn't do that And that's not true, we all that were there and lived it, that was almost 19 when this movie came out and it wasn't social media, I know about it, it wasn't just the fans of media, and it kept going for years and years and years So I'm just going to read real quick some of his comments and he says, the character was criticized, my performance was criticized and that part sucked, when episode one came out, I had friends that were upset that the character was starting off as I young kid, and I watched the film and I loved it, it was everything I wanted and more, and I didn't understand the disconnect between the movie that I saw and the negativity within some of the reviews In a way that's in a way that sort of criticism, I think comes from a certain failure of the own suspension of disbelief, if you're going to sit in a theater and the opening scroll starts with a long time ago in a galaxy far far away, that's setting the stage that anything is possible, these people don't need to sound and behave the way that we might expect And I think that's a great comment and a great view of this series from Hayden Chris's and a lot of us sometimes forget about, well let's start with when he, when Othi and I talked about 25 years on the Phantom Menace and some of the criticism of people that were older, and I came when Phantom Menace came out and how having him as an eight to nine year old made sense of that that young bride, I kind of hope for kid by the end of the scene, so the scene, oh, it makes sense, he sees it the same way as now, we give him this young kid, and again, Star Wars as we know, it's for eight year olds, so have them connect with this young character, and then see his fall and hopefully get some good things from that movie and what happens to him, I can do it anyway, and it's a little bit better Anyway, I love hearing that from him that he loved Phantom Menace when he came out, loved the iteration of anything at that point, of course, that he gets to play the character, and it's not to say that things can be criticized, we criticize things here every time, just how you do it and what you're criticizing, if you're criticizing a human being because you're doing like a character than what they have in front of you, you're going to say, you're not even like the performance, you're not going to go attack people, which is as we know what happened to a lot of them, unfortunately still happen, which is a voice point, but I love why he say that if the movie starts with, hey, this is a long time ago in a galaxy far far away, we know this is sci-fi fantasy, so special this belief, you know it's not a game that's not a game that's not a game that's not a game that's not a game that's not a game that's not a game that's not a game that will be 100% like we might act and the way people talk and all that stuff is going to be different, so just leave that at the door and go with an open mind, again, you can criticize things that you don't like, but if you don't have that open mind, there's still it, then you're not going to enjoy anything. And it's something that as I got older and been speaking more about the big one trilogy, and I think when I talked about Attack of the Closet last time, or it's like, yeah, this Anakin and Panda, these are two kids that don't have these experiences as us, and I can grow up as a Jedi Knight in the Temple, not really having those experiences, but may as a young queen, then a senator, so they don't have the, I don't know that, but I don't know that, I don't know that, I don't know that, but I don't know that I'm not going to be able to do anything else, but I don't know that I'm going forward. Like I said, I'm a human connection when it comes to feelings and relationship, so I think when they get together, they have all those awkward comments and moments and it does feel weird.
We get out in that sense. It makes sense for those characters to be a little bit weird about each other, and again, this is freaking Abu and Coruscant, who knows? They're courting traditions of those places, so I love that haven't came out, and then just say yeah, yeah, well, give a, don't politically correct but just a generic answer. He can't win deep.
I cannot his experiences with it and why he thinks that people might just look up in their minds a little bit. So yeah, great seeing that. All right. So Roberto is adding to get all the Mando movie star was fans are going to go crazy when they see that for Israeli for the Mando movie and right there with you Roberto.
The more I think about it, the more I think about sitting down at the movie theater and we get the Star Wars crawl or the Lucasfilm logo crawl or not. But when we hear the Mandalorian theme that it's so iconic now we hear that in the big screen with all the surround sound system is going to blow minds. And when you see here the little whistle and the door opens and then stingy and maybe a little groggy just by his knees. We're going to lose our mind.
So yeah, when we get that trailer and when we're sitting down the theater, it's all going to be a one gravy, whatever you want to call it's going to be great. So I can't wait. I can't wait two years. Two years not that far away.
The way things move. Two years should be here soon enough. All right. So that's what I got in terms of Star Wars news empire.
Article has a lot of great interviews with Natalie Pullman. There's some stuff with your mad now. Some Jackson just they revealed some of this stuff they spoke with some Jackson about my window. So go check it out.
There's a lot of fun stuff in that. Those all those interviews. So if you haven't haven't checked it go check that out. Yeah, Alan Groves.
You have a phone popcorn bucket. They have to do something with a little groggy there with a little hand going into the popcorn bucket or something. They can something to to battle this doing bucket. I can't I don't want to say it in person.
I don't know. It's in that popcorn bucket in person. So we're weird. But we'll see how it goes.
All right. So you know what time it is now what we're here for and it's Star Wars on TV. All right. Star Wars on TV.
And today we are talking about the Bad Batch season three episode for a different approach. Now the Bad Batch has been noggin it out of the park. I'll play this every week. And it's that I came with an open mind for season three because I was so pandemic with season two.
Sometimes it is great highs and I was down a little. I didn't follow. I wasn't messing with the flow of the stories that they were telling that way they were telling them. And then I kind of started watching other television shows different type of sci-fi fantasy or whatever I was watching.
I was kind of the same thing in terms of you have this big arc, this big mission you're trying to accomplish with each episode. It's its own thing episodic with a little bit prepared here and there. And then some episodes just came together. And this is the same thing for Mandalorian season three was very similar to that.
And I was one with Mandalorian. I get a deep and open mind. That's always for season three of Bad Batch. And the trailer came out and I was really hyped.
And these first three episodes I love first three. Then episode four just speaks right up from where episode three was. So yeah, all positives. This is going to be highlighting all the things that we love or that I love about this week's episode.
Yeah, I went on right there. And so surprised how good this season three has been. My brother, I have two older brothers, the oldest one. His old, his old, his old, I don't know how he's still working on joking.
I'll say I love you. But it's an older fan. I grew up with the real trilogy and you expect these people to love them. And the volume which he does and the volume was a little bit kind of iffy on it.
But he's just texting me right after episode four. Like this is only the best I was received in the years. And I gotta agree. Episode four just kept going with how good this season three has been to settle.
I have a weird theory, a wild theory for the Bad Batch. I'm gonna wait for Oti to get his. It's not a theory maybe. Then something happened and we see someone always for Oti to be here.
So we have a discussion on it. But so it's a far different approach. I love that they expanded on things we talked about. We talked about last week, especially Omega's growth.
We still see as this very caring character, right? She wants to obviously rescue Crossion, get back to my brothers. But she has to rescue Batchar and then are we going back and rescuing the rest of the prisoners that they have on Mount Anthes and then later in the episode, we got a rescue Batchar, we got a rescue all the other animals have been taken. But at the same time, she's a little one calling the shots, which is something I love.
So I love that we still getting that that's sent from her. That's just still a young kid in this galaxy. She's seen a lot. Something that Courtney and I have talked about.
They need a win. This group has been through so much even on media. They need a win by the end of this season. I just want to see them happy.
I know a lot of people are saying that that's not gonna happen. I really want to see them happy. I love also how Batchar serves as this parallel to Crossion, right? Both are these supposedly killer animals out there.
But both are wounded. Crossion has been wounded. There's physically and mentally, obviously and emotionally. You can see the scars of his hands are shaking and all the emotional baggage that he has.
Batchar was hurt in episode one. We had that cut on her side that we had to pass her up and treat her right the same way. She does what cross her and then she releases. Crosser releases Batchar.
So go back and save them and now it's part of this group. So I love how Crossion Batchar kind of, I go through the same kind of parallel arc as this. Supposedly killer animals out there that have been wounded and they're still trying to find their way in this new galaxy. That's why they're waiting kind of guiding them.
So I love that we can see that. Just going a little bit through the episode, a crash line on this planet was the name Lao. I think it was. I love Batchar.
If anyone else has dogs and they're taking them on a trip, if you had them on the back seat, they just want to get to the front. They're hitting the back of your seat. They're trying to jump over the booty or their head over your shoulder, trying to lick them. That was Batchar just hitting on the back of Crosser's chair just to move up.
So I love seeing that kind of dog behavior from this space dog and this hound like Crosser called. But again it's Omegas. That's a personality. That's a whole thing wanting to go back and tell him, Crosser, okay, we gotta fix the ship because now we gotta go back and save all the prisoners and Crosser's like to push your luck, okay?
We're out and Poisson will be looking for us. We gotta get out of here. Omegas. No.
I love also, and again, goes through the growth of Omega and her growth as a leader. That Crosser still tries to be this badass trying to call the shots and we're gonna do this. I'm gonna keep all those people out there and I will talk later when they go to his Facebook or I can take half of them before they know what's in them. Omegas like, yeah, yeah, okay, come on, you'll be goofball.
He tries to be this badass. Around hand she's like, I'm calling the shots, you're following me? He's still does. Like, he's still this wounded dog just following her.
It's like, if you watch all cartoons, looney tones, we had the big bulldog with a little chihuahua. It was always that people were afraid of the big dog, but it was the little one. They had to keep your eye out. That's kind of the same relationship here.
Like, Crosser, you think it's the one you need to be paying attention to, but it's only the one that's calling the shots, I have all that great big ideas and I love that we get to see that through her. And then we go for a little bit. I know the thing that I love and we mentioned this before, it's very focused on the story that I think. There's not a lot of jumping back and forth.
Like, let's see, five minutes of Omega and Crosser. Okay, let's go to five minutes of record and on turn. Let's go five minutes to this place. And then, no, this is the story.
We're just following this. Right now that we got a little bit going back to Montantes with Hemlock and Nala Se, which is something that I thought about last week. And I think I just about it on Twitter was, so they're testing all this Omega blood, right? And nothing.
So it's been discarded. No one has asked, oh, the results for Omega, no one has cared about it. So I'm glad that they mentioned it in this episode, they addressed it. Hemlock's like, you know, well, every time you test Omega's blood, it always comes back negative.
But now the first one that was a phase test, it comes back as positive for the income transfer. So, now I understand what you've been trying to stay close to omega and keep it safe. And she's not a false negative or false positive. That always happens.
So I wouldn't put too much talk on it. So again, I'm glad that it's been addressed. It's not something that I picked up pretty quickly, probably just working around labs. But I'm glad that they were like, no, no, this is we've been noticed.
We're not. Sorry, I'm going fast. All right. So Alan is a company that's like, no, she's very confident.
And it's a confidence that has grown through these three seasons. It's not something I just out of nowhere, which is something I love about the bad batch, something I love about this animation or TV shows in general that you can spend three seasons developing developing these conferences, always being confident to a degree, always wanting to help others from season one. But she wouldn't have been able to pull a lot of things done so far, but especially the last two seasons plus understanding what she's at, she wasn't that person for what was 125 days. So yes, she's built on that confidence that by this time she's calling the shots, it was the one that was able to get them out of Montana.
She's doing all this stuff here. So she's built that confidence and she's earned it. So this is a character that I've thoroughly enjoyed how her arc has been going. Got new troopers, that's always fun.
Stone troopers with fun shows and goggles for some reason. I understand the goggles a little bit more, the IPs might be broken. So they need the goggles. What do they have fun shows?
I don't understand why Stone troopers with this big armor need punches. They look cool. They look extremely cool and I want them. Unless you want to keep your your trooper armor clean because it's wide and gleaming.
Maybe they have an inspection coming on the next day and their general, their commanders are clean. But we clean. What do you need a punch for an armor? I don't get it.
It was fun to look at. All right. So like we said, Omega's doing things her way. Even though Crosser gets frustrated, like I love when he said my skills are going to waste, right?
He's this shooter, shock shooter, and every time there's someone that needs to be killed or taken care of. I'm just like, let's try something else. Something that doesn't involve as much killing. And then we get this great comparison to solo.
Yeah, I didn't see the first time. I re-watched this this morning. I love that trooper that got blown away by the ship. The one with the goggles and the, I think he also had the punch over.
Yeah, he's got blow away. But we get this great thing that reminded me of solo when they're on Corellia. They're on the current at Spaceport, right? Because they're trying to go to Spaceport, to see another ship and get out of here.
So these stone troopers and Crossers like, I can take care of half of these before they know what's going on. I was like, let me try something. I can do this. Let's talk about a little, so much is motion, little mula out there trying to, black male, can't believe I forgot the word.
Oh, anyway, trying to bargain her way or buy her way across the Spaceport. Very Han Solo and Kira when they go with the Hyperfuel. She doesn't have anything. So you know, it's no money.
I don't know how she thought she was going to get through it. By the way, the person does the same thing. It's like, all right, give me some 30,000 credits and I'll get you through. Same as the girl in solo just wanted the Hyperfuel.
So give me that vibe, which I love. I love her reaction, which she goes back to Crosser, Stowat, right? Great reaction. OTT mentioned last time, her accent is so great, especially with that reaction like that.
But that leads them to the gamble, right? Let's try and hustle our way with this new game that I forgot to start with the con, let's start with the rules. They explain how the game works. So I got a great 10 scene in a sense.
What an extremely tense tool at the end it was. I love the part where they try to watch it because you will expect that he will just try to fight her, not pay her, or something. He was, yeah, you beat me. I can't believe I keep losing your love, I don't know.
At some point, I love that interaction. It's just getting more. And then we get a Captain Man, which of course needs two ends at the end to make it Star Wars. Because if you don't add an extra letter, it's not Star Wars.
And like team, team with two M's and man with two M's, which reminded me of Jack Horner from Pushing Booth, the last wish. There's all this big guy with that weird voice. So yeah, they have the little game, Omega Bixing, obviously. And that's where that tense moment cannot come.
It's like, you think that's something I'm gonna do some days. Like, okay, that's fine. You win the first work. Here's the extra 20,000 that you just won.
And I got, I got another play that game. They made like $45,000 or credits in a 20 minutes fan. I got another fan to do that. That's some great wins.
But of course, you start making up all these rules gambling, illegal. You can have your hound over here, $10,000. You're just getting everything that you took and I'll let you go. He figured out that hemlock was going for them because they found the craft starship.
So everything starts falling down on them. And I love that scene again. It's like I said, just follow my lead, right? And cross has been, that's fine.
That's fine. And she's like, all right, we'll do things your way. And then he's like, finally. And then there's such blasting.
So I love that. I'm blessed that everyone let all their creatures escape after getting better. Of course, get a Rastar at the end that takes man into his giant cage. I love how Rastar is.
When they showed up first, I mean, first, I wake up and people weren't too big on the Rastar. They weren't jumping on the Rastar bandwagon. Look weird. This giant meatball with teeth and tentacle just rolling around.
I love how much love the Rastar's have been getting recently. Everywhere, books, movies of course, TV shows now. So come on, he was more Rastar. So great.
The great foils for our heroes for our villains. They're just giant teeth balls. So he was more Rastars. All right.
So they leave. Then we get hemlock, made it back. Oh, maybe it's the best. We got a lot from here.
You're right. Alan is adding Rastar needs to be better labeled just like in high repolytates. High repolyt, man. Those Rastars, they took a bully a guy about his life.
But yeah, I love Rastars. I think they deserve more. And like we mentioned a couple of weeks ago, they can hit a lot of hotdogs. So you'll check that episode out.
Rastars in hotdogs. But hemlock makes it too loud. And he's like, track the ship, which is obviously, and then he says, notify all of our operatives. And I'm guessing this is what the bounty hunter is coming to play.
We mentioned last time that the bounty hunters, of course, are going to get into tracking them. We've seen because of the trailer, we know that Fennec Shen is back, sorry, Kat Bane will be back. We know that as adventurous has something to play, we're not sure about the hunter what and there's more banter hunters than might show up. Hopefully anyone else may be watching us up as a bounty hunter.
But this is it. I mean, to me, it seems up really obviously that's what the operatives that hemlock is talking about. It's the bounty hunters that they have, that help. I don't think working for the end packers, bounty hunters go with money, is what you understand.
So I think starting next week, in the coming weeks, we're going to start seeing the different bounty hunters going after our crew. I'm not sure they're not going to be working together. But we're going to get all of them in one episode. If for example, from next episode, it's Kat Bane, then the following one, we get Fennec Shen, or is it going to be all the bounty hunter we'll see.
But I think we're going to start going to that place, especially because now, especially this very emotional ending, that didn't get me too much the first time that I watched it. But when I watched it this morning, it got me a little bit and how are you doing Lauren? Thanks for joining us. Ching out, she has a new podcast, she's a classic, a lucky podcast and your movie podcast now has a different name, a different vibe to go check that out.
So Lauren is in this episode. Might be one of my favorites episode series. It's hard to argue against it, Lauren. Just the whole season so far, can find a fault.
This episode beginning to the only thing that I found a little bit weird was when they get all the money, that weird kid that was sitting outside the bar, which I knew was going to be something to play. I thought he was going to betray them. But when he doesn't wear, Captain Man took Batcher and Crossers like, Forgetting Han, we're going to leave, we don't have a lot of time. I know, we're going to go get Batcher.
That's the only thing. I thought he was going to try to pull Crosser a little bit more because he spent all this time saving him and wanting to bring all the brothers together to just forget it and then go get Batcher. So that was the only thing that really that was easy to solve and not him. But of course, 20 seconds later, it's like, we gotta get our dog back.
So that's the only thing that was a little bit weird about just me. But the whole episode, you're right, Lauren. It's great. You're welcome.
So the reunion at the end, I can't mention when I watch it this morning, it got me a little bit in the fields. I didn't get too much the first time. I love also this happened already. Episode four, the second week that we've been seeing this show is here, that reunion happened.
We don't need to wait, have the series where this is, it happened. So now we're moving forward. So they arrive in these new planets. She has some decordinates and then she runs into record, right?
The fun uncle. They like everyone calls in the first one to always kind of be there for her and she's the same way for him. Big hug, wink, wink, we've been joking against hugging in Star Wars. Not a lot of our kids get soka series, those big emotional reunions that we wanted and that soka didn't happen to the degree that some of us wanted.
But here they didn't, it's like no, it's happened. They finally saw the finally after three months, Big hug. And we'll miss you. Finally we found you.
You found us. We went three times around the galaxy or four times and then Hunter shows up. Oh five and what you found us. You never gave up again to that growth of Omega.
And then she goes over that, which is that's right Hunter. Big emotional impact there. She goes straight to him. Big hug.
TLC and everyone's eyes. I'm starting to get a little bit emotional. A lot of the good work of four is to calm down a little bit. So I love that we got that already and we can move forward.
But of course the big kind of hanging fruit if you want to. How did you escape? Here comes Crosser coming down the steps. So I'm glad that they didn't rush that.
I remember I checked out on those the episode half-levis. It was about four minutes and that's when they're leaving the planet. So I'm like with the credits, I know it wasn't going to be a lot of it left. So I was a bit surprised that she reunited with Crosser, sorry with Hunter and record that point.
But when Crosser starts coming down the ramp and they give him those evil eyes that evil stare, I'm like, yes, here we go. But I know there's a lot of time left in the episode. So I'm glad that they didn't rush that they just ended there. Be cliffhanger for next week.
It better, I hope. That is right there. It's just them talking. I don't want this to be.
Now let's see what Rex and Echo have been doing for the past four weeks. No, no, no. I can do that later. Give me five minutes of them just talking about it.
Roberta, text should have shown up. Yes, I guess that's kind of where I'm going. That's going to be another great interaction with everyone gets together and fun Crosser with. I don't know.
It's so far I trust all the writers, all the second 15, creative team. I should say behind Jennifer Corbett and I forget the name of the other guy, Rau, they've been doing great. So I trust all of them. Your joke is like, tech, sorry, say, take and think about Echo.
I'm text there in spirit. Sorry, tech is there. Just kind of falling. I don't know.
Is tech alive? Will tech come back? I'm still in, we'll see. That's another thing.
I'm talking about Echo. Sorry, thanks for fixing me. So what's going to be the reunion between Crosshair, Raker and Hunter? Is it all going to be your left-ups behind?
Tech died because you weren't there. We all did. We tried to save you. It's all your fault.
Everything has happened. Your galaxy's been part of it. It's going to be more, we understand or we're glad that you were back. I remember, I think it was season one.
I think I remember season one or season two. It doesn't season two when they finally had that talk. I remember Raker Hunter and Crosshair having a big emotional conversation on one of the planets that Crosshair was in Bracka. Maybe.
I don't know if it was that episode. They're dueling decisions of why they make those decisions go to the empire, just go by themselves trying to find something else. So again, I want to see that they're part of you. Crosshair telling them why he switched because Crosshair went through a lot last season, especially in that snow planet where he saw how they were treating all the clones.
They just farther. They're just numbers. Basically, it droids. He had that turn, because he spent the same amount of time in on Tantis as a prisoner.
To see if he can explain now why he has had these change of mind. Does he even care? Does he just want to go away and hide? Is he going to join the fight?
So next week, again, I hope they go straight to that. And I want to see who's, if it's a lot of blaming, which I'm guessing is going to be there, will Omega be the voice of threes? And at some point, I guess so because he's got the bad bachelor. This is Omega show.
We all know it. Or is he a Hunter, Raker? I think especially Hunter going to be a little bit deaf to what she has to say and just be both in red, right? And just go straight across her with all accusations.
And see how maybe cross her just takes it again. It's going to throw a lot. So I'll see. This is going to be very interesting, emotional, and I can't wait for it.
Lauren, you're saying, I feel like eventually hemlock finds Omega on Paboo. And the crew has to go after her just financial finance right now. We've been saying I don't have a lot of faith that Paboo is going to be going to go unscathed this season. I think something's going to happen on Paboo.
I think that people are going to suffer. They might try to have retired to Paboo. And then they find her, like you said, Paboo is not going to be in a good place by the end of it. Does she get kidnapped again or taken?
Could be. So that's what happened. It's four episodes in, there's like 16. So we still got like 12 episodes to go.
Would it be hemlock or be one of the counters that we know are going to be sent after them? So it's going to be, yeah, Paboo is in trouble. Nala say, we'll get Fennet to go save Omega as well. If that's something I wanted to, because I remember in that episode, a couple of seasons ago, Kat Bane and Fennec Shen trying to go after her.
If I remember correctly Fennec Shen either let her go or just save her from Kat Bane, she wasn't just bringing her to the Empire. So that might be a good place to go. That Fennet Shen goes about to save them, to help her. So and where does, as I said, Venter is fit into all this.
I don't know what I'm so excited to figure it out or to find out, I should say. All right. So again, great start to receive some four episodes that all you know have been top-notch. Episode two was the first one that was a little bit, excuse me.
What's okay was it's coming after that high of episode one. If it was okay, it was good. If it was three great episodes, four great. And episode five, at least I think that conversation between CrossFit and the other bad mattress is just going to heal all the emotional feels that we all are expecting to.
So all right, that does it for today, guys. Thanks for joining us. Bad batch. And I'm surprised how much I've been enjoying this season, how everyone else has been enjoying this.
So let's see. At least on my corner of the internet has been extremely positive. So let's keep going. That's like, how does Venter show feeling, lowering your rights?
We are in for a ride this season. And then I collect whenever that comes out during the summer. All right. So short show today.
All the against not here. We'll be back in two weeks and then we'll spend a little bit more time arguing as we always do. But thank you Lauren, Alan, Roberto, Brandon, everyone for being here today. Always love when I get a chance to chat with all of you guys.
Let's keep doing it. Keep supporting each other. Everyone out there that have other shows, you'll listen to them, go support Robert and his art, go support Alan, and he goes to this Atlanta post- What else happens between now and then? I follow from of course Bad Bases episode 5.
And any news that comes out? And if you guys have questions or comments, let me know. I'm all of those in them here. But until next week, stay safe.
Be safe. And I don't know. Fly casual. See you.
