I don't know what's wrong with it, I don't have time to go check it before the wedding Thankfully my uncle had like a spare car so he was like, okay take a turn. Awesome. Yeah, as you can see, I'm back where it all started in my bedroom, just in that corner, so I did my first 15 episodes or more, so I'm back in my home turf. My in-laws came in late last night, not late, around 8 o'clock last night, they took over my office, so I'm here, you might hear voices, you might hear people walking around, someone walks to the background to go to the bathroom, but it's so fine, we have to talk Star Wars, it's getting true.
They're Puerto Rican, right? Yes, in my get loud. Yes, I try to, and it's just me and my wife and my kids, they know it, we've been 5 and 6, tried to keep it a little bit low, it doesn't always happen, but now I can't do it. We'll see, we'll see whatever.

I saw you. So I'm still reading Mass Affir, Ren of the Empire that first works, still loving it, I'm thick. I think I'm a third of the way through. Things are starting to fall in place.
All the three major characters are still doing their thing. What they think is best to bring down the emperor. And it's one of when you get to Rebels, I know there's all these different factions of Rebels, but not all those Rebels, and not all of them are working together. They all want the same outcome, but going about it in totally different ways.
For people out there that love Andor, that love wrote one of the politics in Star Wars, especially if you love politics in Star Wars, I can't recommend this enough. I still get, again, two thirds of the book to go, but very good so far. All right, on the same as last week, I won't go officially into Star Wars news, but Star Wars, I don't want to say rumor because it's been confirmed by all the outlets except Lucasfilm, one of the most sought after actors out there, Jeremy Allen White is coming to Star Wars to play Rota the Hot, or two boys, Rota the Hot. What the hell is going on?
I don't know. Everyone was surprised. I had the same reaction. Sure.
I hate Rota. I didn't like her as Tinky. I'm not a character that I care anything about. It's very interesting to see how this is going to play out.
I'm interested to know, like, what's Rota up to? Like, what's the relationship with Java? How do they feel about the Jedi? How do they feel about before Tuna taking over?
How do they feel about Boa Fett taking over? And I kind of think, and I don't know if you went this far, but as our resident Boa Fett guy, I think if Rota shows up, Boa Fett is there. I know someone posted on one of the 26 that we are on. As you know, I'm pretty sure that Boa Fett and Amanda Lorna will show up in the Mando and Grogumoy.
I like between Mando and Asoka, I'm pretty sure Boa Fett is going to show up. They're still bringing the Hot into this and the Cartels and Rota, as you mentioned. I'm guessing he showed up at some point during the Clone Wars, I don't remember. But yeah, with the power struggle in Tatooine right now, just with the Cartels in general, and the way the Boa Fett went, the Boa wants to do a new type of syndicate.
I was still respect each other. They might say that, no, no, this is my turf. You had those two crappy weird hot-stack-k-minator floating platforms with the rats to soak up all the sweat. Maybe it's time to come and take power.
I love hot. I love seeing the hot. I love what we got in Book of Boa Fett. So in that sense, I'm okay.
But Rota the Hot is a character I don't think about ever. So Tuna the surprise and then to bring an actor like Jeremy Allen White, two boys that got this came out of left field. I have not thought of Rota the Heart since I watched the Clone Wars movie. Yeah, I hate that guy so much.
I hate Stinky. But anyway, it's more things that are going to happen in that movie. I don't know what the hell is going to happen with that movie. It's weird because everything we've seen about that movie is Mando and Grogu against the Empire.
And now Rota the Heart is showing up. I'm like, okay. If you want to. That's what we're doing.

I enjoy it every time that I sit down for those 35, 40 minutes to watch it. And I think it works. It's working so far. Episode 3.
Same as the others. I watched them three times. I enjoy them. I love picking up the little things that I miss at the first, but I'm the best thing so far is that little Easter eggs and all these things Those are great characters and it's great chemistry between everyone so far.
So episode three before we go into it. Just general thoughts This is the first episode. I think I actually like loved it. I really like the first two but like I think like 10 minutes into this episode I went like what the hell is going on here and in a good way in a doctor who way Like I felt like watching the star beast.
Um, so I really love this episode. I Heard a lot of people talk about their issues with it being the The whole streaming thing like the the episode ends where most other shows would still continue on another 20 minutes I had the complete opposite reaction to that I there were moments in this episode where I thought okay This is where it's gonna end. I know it was like a shorter episode, but I kept going and going I was like, okay, I honestly thought this episode was just gonna be them escaping Okay, and it kept on going which I actually like so I really really love this episode Yeah, similar I can't point to right now where there were a few times I thought the episode was going to end Just kept going but it ended perfectly. It's like oh if I tell you you wouldn't believe me won't cut to black I'm the stars like perfect ending.
It's third episode. This is television. We don't need to go another 40 minutes for this Actually before we go into it last week or two or two or two season one. Oh, is there going to be a season two?
We haven't talked about it. I don't know you brought up Oh, what about stranger things if too many years go by We need hit and stream and this is the understanders that creators talking Oh, we have ideas for season two and it won't be about like show you things. They'll be a time. You said the same thing I said like yeah, let's pretend it's yesterday.
It's tomorrow It was perfect. I think they were listening and I said we're gonna put a statement out there just to make sure by the way I would have been fine if the kids are three years older and like yeah, no that happened yesterday Doesn't matter but I'm glad that they address and glad that they have an idea for a second season and so far Critically and defense around spin low in this show. So I think it's like there's a good chance that we might see a second I can't even halfway but we'll see I don't know who wasn't the shot last week who said no the guy saw the kids in in Alan yeah, Alan I think it was you I think you said the kids look great. They look great.
They clearly look old Like I look them up like they are not like they don't look how they look great I noticed it a little bit when Star Wars. I can't really say some of the videos of the kids and look at the show They just make up they look different. I got a little bit older finally. Yeah, right?
So let's talk about episodes three with a weirdest title ever very interesting as an acceleration problem Whatever that means but we'll take it. Let's start with Jude Law Jude Law was a big draw for this series when he was brought up on stage on Celebration Jude Law is during Star Wars. He's gonna be skeleton crew and finally we have a full episode with Jot Nana Wood Was it still though or is it Crimson Jack? It doesn't matter cuz he's as charming as you can get as a pirate as a scoundrel as maybe a Jedi Dude Law blocks and kicks it out of the park, right?
It's great in this role My lingering question watching the show is like why hasn't he been in a Star Wars yet? He was born to be in Star Wars. He's phenomenal. Yeah Man, he's great.
And I love like I said, I don't know how many times I love that Star Wars But a lot of things they don't linger on questions a lot of us know already I love like five minutes into it. Yeah, he's still though We all knew that it was Captain Silver Captain Silver Scapes that we don't need to wait three more episodes to find that out But all that escapes in was great him still using the force for Instagram means that case that he's for sensitive I love when then KV says no wait and a little joy passes by I love her and her deliver I don't know the name of the actress what her deliver is great. Oh, man. That's is for sensitive too And oh, what I have somewhere I lost I find him I was like oh the force we saw we think also he's still saying very Jedi things So still that debate is your is it here?
I'm by the for me and feel like the rehearse version of the Jedi like things everyone knows I don't think he's I know you're gonna ask a question. I don't think he's a Jedi like I think he is for something I don't think I think it's obvious and when we talk about the kids I'll just bring it up now I love that little scene also when he leaves the ship to go find SN 43 or some 70 SM 33 me when he goes to find and then Fern and we were having the discussion if he's for sensitive or if he's a Jedi Oh, there's a lot of ways that you can flow things name one and actually names like seven different factor me magnets Repulsor leaves strings Love it. I love those kids so much But I love also that scene of him when he went to get KV Remind me of solo when solo's trying to get all the coaxial into the the little card Remind me of that when he went to the droid reproach of or whatever And of course we had a mention that the battle droid that we went So I had a although Chute not in kind of said that this is something that he came out during Recording producing during the show production. Thank you That job was gonna be tough have an aversion to droids So I love that we have more background of the character a little bit that was one of the things I want to Oh, maybe this is part of why he might be a Jedi he has his the droids because of the war But if this is something he brought to the character himself, maybe doesn't play too much into that background But I love seeing a little bit of that and wait tells me to a draw and clean this up I just freaking knocks it down.
I don't care about it. Get the hell out on my face And just escaping point ball go was great I love seeing the new line going back and destroying half the point as they were jumping into high-speed space Yeah, I really like that whole sequence again when he got off the ship to go to the to get me I was like, okay, so this is like the obligatory side mission to fill up the episode So they have nine episodes and not I mean, I don't know if it's nine or eight and it's not like a five episode thing Yeah, but yeah, I was just my own bias into it I really like the sense of adventure and again the joint one like we win like It was grand. They got the other pirate that I show. Oh, so who's that you?
Let's sit down. Let's have a little tea and talk about it. Oh and I'll firmly has a cameo in the scene That's that one was also cool like oh you weren't the best captain I've ever had um Yeah, it's a bit so crazy. He let you go the day before your trial.
Yeah, I wasn't here I just want funny from the score and another beautiful Comedy when the kids are arguing about whether he's a dead or not if you look at the background you see everything going on I mean, it's great. There's point boy. I'm gonna miss point boy. I'm gonna see what happened when the pirates catch up to them When Brutus finally catches up to silver or crimson Jack.
What all these names you think we're gonna find another name out there He's using I love again because there's so much misery with this character that names all over the we still don't know what to He's captain Jack Sparrow. He's like with a bunch of women. He has a lot of people and a lot of people and he's used a lot of All right, so the obligatory question that you already answered. Well, let's okay.
See I july Oh, no, so before the show started I was on board that he was going to be a good I have the first two episodes and I know this too much on the nose is for sensitive I won't be a good I then when the droid thing was happening during the episode I had that a version to draw it he said oh Joyce will always let you down. So okay something happened and then that ending or that almost at the end when after they go to the Observatory moon of we're gonna spend some time talking about that and they're trying to escape before the ice We can get there and KB and we my comfort. Oh, we want to win You gotta tell us the truth. Tell us the truth I love that part as all the case truth truth tell us the truth and then even it's me truth truth Or is it the truth is I'm also lost.
I'm alone. Just like you guys and they're like oh, maybe maybe he said yeah like that now he's alone because of order 66 so I'm I'm falling back on it. I'm trying to think it's Star Wars Star Wars is Correct me. Does he not say I noticed that I was a Jedi yes I see that I said that he hasn't or he can it's not a Jedi any longer I Don't think he's like he was like a Jedi I could see him maybe being a padawan or youngling or something like that I don't think he's maybe he is maybe he was a Jedi Knight that during a mission during the Clone Wars lost his master and Ended up with a pirate crew and was like okay.
This is the life I live now But at the same time we've seen him use the force like sparingly it Basically more party tricks than anything so it makes me think that he's never had training He's just I and I kind of that's that is my own bias. I kind of want him not to be a Jedi I just want him to be like a guy who's for sensitive and never trained with anyone Yeah, there's some people who are great at sports and never tried out for a professional team or anything and They never knew if they would they had one took That's something we mentioned at the beginning was maybe he's from one of these other sports said maybe he knows about the force But he's not a daily what listen the people with the red skulls that reason. Oh, yeah He loves everyone maybe he's a sin That'd be a twist. No, but he's a little friend actually It's the first running hiding.
I mean it makes sense. He's a pirate. So I know some I think some people Made the comparison with Canaan what if cana never met Hera like that Jedi I thought I want losses not everyone and then became kind of this So maybe there's there's different ways to complete with this and it doesn't need to be one of the other like whatever they decide So fighting works for the characters. I've always asked the question One of the kids never find their way home and they become pirates bounty hunters navigators and a Jedi I think they are falling back to add in the next episode I do think they're gonna go back to it But it would be cool if like they stay with John and they're like kid pirates To Oh Sigourney we were playing Omega Out of some dates, even pretty much yourself She should be both at age so like Sigourney we were in Let's keep here. I don't wanna get my hopes up now, but we went to I love in Star Wars Just what's the name of that moon? Reminded me going to the Republic of the fruit that moon and the rooted moon of XR is like the simplest name ever So let's talk about the moon Kim and more adding secrets.

I can relate like just walking to the observatory Wait, it's right to say oh, it's my friend, but she might not trust me. She might snap me back Oh, they gonna send me there.

She said like wait, there's a thousand worlds No, there's thousands of thousands and then oh we've already there's like 10,000 words left to go I said I think that was never gonna find and KB's like we already eliminated 99.9% of probabilities and it's still 10,000 Well, that's a freaking lot out there, but then we five world came in talking to them that The world their planet was purposely healing is part of this jewels of the old republic It's like six or eight worlds. I can remember exactly all of them were destroyed for some reason only one remaining She's gonna be at him So let's not bring it all this weird not weird but different things into it that I don't know what to believe about it But I love that it's not just yet. They have some some credits from the old republics None of this world is one of the old republic they can't mention all this juice of the old republic We'll see what's at play, but they're basically like a vault from fallout Oh, so soon as can this be Then at acting or their city be like a two-man show city inside a planet that we already know it's out there Just they're just kind of encapsulate and don't know what's going on I love that movie. So this show is gonna keep pulling from movies.
I love So I'm gonna show this because Now when I watch it first about denters when she brings that we can bring sell that tapestry We thought that planet is juice of the old republic there is something at the bottom that reminded me of the mural that we see Very south. Uh, so we had that mural. There's this woman standing there with a star some behind us Some people kind of nearly always standing up and then the that that person has something very similar It's not the same we can play around it. I don't I can't make a connection between it Or just something I kind of like saying okay, maybe it is an old republic planet or they want to believe it's an old republic planet I don't know.
I do think it's an old republic planet, but I can't pinpoint what's the connection between those two Yeah, I have no idea. I know some people try to decipher what the aloovash said. It didn't make any sense Oh, I know if Joe before that maybe this is gonna connect to that new jedi or the movie with ray Maybe connects to the donut de jedi movie and we find out what the jewels of the old republic are just that kind of connection I kind of wish they start sprinkling in things that will tie to that movie I know I know they still don't have a script so it's hard to do that. They just story with that Yeah, I think that would be so cool if suddenly we see that movie and then we go out and we go to twitter It's like wait that thing is in the background in this episode that thing is like that'd be so cool Yeah I hope I believe it is.
By the way, our first glimpse into the old republic in canon because we don't know anything about the old republic in canon That's something I think we now know the first thing that were planets that were hidden And there were all of them were destroyed except one like there's something happening in the old republic I think we take it for granted because we heard the world the world only public for so long Like you said, this is officially the first time In your face mentioned on the old republic and that things have happened in that time period Maybe 200 years ago. We don't know how all the old republic is But it's good that we're starting to get these little nuggets dropped there And I know a lot of people be like that's not what happened We literally have no idea what happened Well during that safe war with the Jedi that is not near No idea what we do know there was a safe war because I remember in light of the Jedi it was mentioned But again, it's not the same because the app is coming in the felony movie with shut up Every time that war comes along and I hate it. I hate it every time so Abeloth or Abeloth whatever weird safe woman with a giant mouth like this is not the one that yeah I don't wanna I gotta calm down have visits in my house We had the actual ins show up wasn't what I thought was gonna have It's a great scene. I'm gonna drop in in about three minutes It has to do with that But as we're leading to that first mom, it's kind of oh everything's fine That's a great to draw it will be back. I used to run away when I was John that Joyce always found me on the secretary Farrah, which I forgot her name last week on the secretary farrah She's saying all this and and when's that is thinking like I literally saw them get on a spaceship and leave freakin live it's fine And then the droids came and she said okay here we go everything's fine. Yeah, well They live in a spaceship past the barrier.
The supervisor said sorry screw your their gun. So Bye leaving in a spaceship is illegal by the way, so you're kind of in trouble Yeah, they come by they're going into kids jail But he's like well, oh you gonna it's a supervisor gonna contact the republic. Hmm the past the barrier. The supervisor said we can't raise Contact whatever.
No two questions Is a supervisor or is the first one yes, he's their supervisor. Are they just making it? No, I think that I think it's gonna be a follow thing Like it's just a brain and a jar No, I think it's either like a droid or a wizard of a stick. Yeah, so that's why I think it's a droid my first Kind of thing that probably might just gonna be a droid like I mentioned I had been really in or listening to the force on leash novel and there's a droid that kind of takes over at one point Or I'm like, yeah, like an AI and just imagine me that just a droid that wants to be in charge of the planet or this city So it's gonna be at some point. We'll find this security or the supervisor. Yeah, we'll see what happens And yeah, in that scene Uh, KB's fine. So first they say oh, we lost contact with her health monitor or something or with her tracking device Yeah, and then it's blink.
I'm basically you can only see if you have the captions on Oh, she has a medical condition. We need her because she has a medical condition. Let's talk about the kids Uh, so we found we got more with KB which is kind of had been on the background the first two episodes Uh, she was almost a voice of reason in this in this episode that seen that you mentioned earlier with Uh, with jog, you know, do you ever sleep and she's like, yeah, I know I just I got to talk to you It's like great scene again. I don't trust you You I know you're not a jedi but what's going on?
And they just use the force with an off the lights. She's like, I don't get whatever so A great scene and like I mentioned I love when She mentioned. Oh, also kind of watch out and first. Oh, maybe KB has a force too.
Uh, the force flows through us all is what he said Yep So the escape from the observatory moon with the x-wings coming at them When he tells KB not KB are weem and ferned? Hey come with me. I think that part isn't here He does tell the alpharmulina character like hey, no, I finally found the score But but I don't feel he was being I think he'll maybe like be like maybe it'll be like oh you said you were You were um lost like us and whatnot and then he'll be like, ah, I just said that took him back in the ship But like that would be like the lie and that's actually the truth. Not the mister. What the Ruby role won the first one. I just watched it today So I love the 60s all the episodes worked great again and I'm officially in the 15-doctor episode Okay, it's been a while. No, it's not been a while.
I watched the last three echos on episodes recently But yeah, I had been a while since I watched like I'm super excited for For the 50s or the Christmas special even though I don't really like the Christmas special Fine. Okay, there's nothing there's very few ones that I love All right, and then doing last episode doing was pretty awesome. I think that part in the council chamber. Whatever you want to call it I There's something with that show that I just can't put my finger on because everything about it I like I like the acting.
I like the writing. I like the characters, but I it's I'm not getting to that level sure that I get with the dragon with uh rings of power with other shows So again, but I missed like two episodes. I already caught up, but I wasn't missing it So I don't know what is it with me in that show, but I do like it. I agree.
It's it's been great. I love The third episode the story of Valian to la to the game of thrones episode. I like this with the file Yeah, um Crazy person. Oh, I love that the other three days.
Uh, the hard ground have been beefing for 10,000 years I I love that moment when the atreides is giving her the speech that oh, that's just our family We don't have to continue it. She's like I just fully committed to this more So this is happening. I don't care what just happened with you know, so your parents and I was getting out of here Just a little kid for some reason though. Yeah, but it's good.
I think it may be has to what I had just have no idea where it's going Like I just don't see the through line It's like doom like it takes a while even the movies. It's a very slow burn. It's not the episode I agree.
