She is also an entrepreneur, author, trainer, speaker, advocate, wife, mother, and retired airline trainer/flight attendant. With over 10 years of training experience, Tracie Halcrombe's mission is to shed light on the stigma associated with mental health and to prevent suicide by instructing on plans of action and strategies for early intervention. Joy Inside Tears organization provides advocacy, support, resources, educational training, and counseling services through partnerships. We are currently located in LaGrange, GA.
