S9E6 Bruce Parker of West End Fresh Salads

Bruce is a native of MS from Tupelo.  He started West End Fresh Salads after some failed ventures in the workforce. He decided to find what he loved doing and make a living out of it. What initially started as a local store developed into a catering business and then into something even larger.  He had some struggles along the way, but you can now find West End Fresh Salads Chicken Salad and Pimiento in over 40 locations in the state of Mississippi as well as AL and TN.
