SABB Era: (#70) Does fear stop you or drive you?

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about being afraid of fear itself. What even is fear? Why does it exist? Why do we try so hard to avoid it? Here's the thing… we all have fear, we can't escape fear. We can reduce it, reframe it, rewire it, shift it, but we will all still still experience fear. It's a necessary part of life, and so learning to dance with it, to move with it, act with fear is where your power lies.   The 4 biggest fears are the fear of failure, the fear of being seen, the fear of not being enough, the fear of being rejected. As a coach that's worked with a lot of people the same fears come up for everyone. But the deepest fear, what everyone is truly afraid of is themselves. The biggest fear is actually the judgment we place on ourselves. The stories we make up about ourselves. The meaning we attach to it.
