Sabbath: What it is and how it can change your life.

North City is taking a Sabbath ( A break - no community dinner) Sunday. Our community values a rhythm of sabbath in our lives, not just as an occasional practice but as a way of life. Sabbath is a sort of resistance... a resistance to the "must do and have everything now" culture we live in. Sabbath is a faith-filled stopping, that says "God is providing, and our identity is not in what we achieve it's based in God's family."
