Las Oficinas de Asistencia en Materia de Registros (OAMR) son un elemento obligatorio para las Administraciones Públicas desde que la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas determinó que todas las Administraciones Públicas debían contar con un registro electrónico general, o, en su caso, adherirse al de la Administración General del Estado.
