Since then, she has taken her dynamic career around the world through a variety of key roles—from change and release management to integration, program management, managing infrastructure, IT manager for a country (Switzerland), and service delivery prior to assuming the role as Head of the IT North America organization since January 2018. 20+ years at Nestlé shaping and leading IT teams, as well as gaining business experience outside of Nestlé, have influenced her people-centric approach to organizational change and management. Sabine is passionately involved in global diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within Nestlé and remains a strong advocate for the organization’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Her connection and compassion for people is central to the energy she brings to Nestlé.
