Sacramento Kings July 2026 Free Agency Review

Ray and Nick discuss all of the moves made by the Sacramento Kings in the wild week of free agency to open the 2026-27 NBA season. They start out by discussing the two players who re-upped with the Kings: Precious Achiuwa and Daeqwon Plowden, who both signed two-year deals to remain in Sacramento. Then, they talk about the two new two-way players for the Kings, Jonathan Mogbo and Adam Flagler, including Nick's thoughts on how Mogbo in particular might fit in with the Kings. After that, they talk about the Kings officially agreeing to deals with all three of their draft picks, including the three-year, $6.35 million deal for Emanuel Sharp, as well as the Devin Carter trade with the Atlanta Hawks. Finally, they wrap up by discussing all of the rumors surrounding Jalen Duren going to the Kings, along with his potential fit with the current big man rotation for Sacramento.
