Our true nature is perfect, but we must partner with God to remove our imperfect cloak of limiting ideas. Once we have had our transcendent experience, where we mirror the face of God back to God, it is our opportunity to become empty conduits of grace and power that can transform the world---to reflect the face of God into the world.
