Episode 130! Often when we are waking up to the truth of who we are, there is a community or family situation that we have to courageously stand up to. Changes may occur as a result of choosing our own paths, our own intuition and soul-searching. Many women experience this when leaving a religious community, and my two guests today will share their stories of Sacred Remembrance as it applies to leaving religion. What these phenomenal women really brought to my heart and attention through this conversation is the strong desire we have as humans to belong - to be loved in community. Sometimes we stay in places too long, because we don't want to lose community. Sometimes we do lose one community when we choose to become more of ourselves, because of the judgement or simply the misalignment that now exists. There is a great importance in forming community where you can truly, truly belong while you are a modern woman, waking up to the truth of who you are. That is what WE are building. The feminine is rising, and where is it going to happen? Through women on their journeys of Sacred Remembering. And in Sacred Remembering, we are remembering UNITY, and healing separation. There is no threat to women remembering the feminine essence of God, and then incorporating it into our relationship with the Sacred. In fact, this is leadership.
