Sacred Samhain ￨ Walking with Ancestors

Samhain is upon us! The veil is thin and our ancestors are waiting to be invited to the table. In this episode, we'll talk about the history of this ancient festival and how to bring these sacred practices into our modern lives.  This episode may inspire you to carve a pumpkin (or creepy turnip!), host a dumb supper, and create an alter for your ancestors. Bring to boil then simmer 20  minutes. Stir in lemon juice, fresh herbs, and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
