On this weeks programme for Gaudate Sunday (3rd Sunday of Advent), Martina Leehane Sheehan joins John and Shane for a reflection on Advent reflecting on how we need to stay with the heart to make space of the coming of Jesus now at Christmas not just something that happened 2000+ years ago. We need to find the moments of joy of the heart moving within us.We have our regular visit with the Saints of the Week, as well as some local notices.Included on this weeks notices is one from the Redemptorist community in Limerick letting us know about an up coming Christmas retreat and a reminder about the annual appeal for the Redemptorist Christmas Hamper Appeal.
