Welcome to the first of the new podcast entitled "Sacrificial Succession". This podcast is based on the work of Paul Rattray from Christian Vision and is hosted by Wes Leake from Business Blessings. Sacrificial succession is about putting successors first in leadership. One of the biggest challenges organisations face today is the lack of next generation leaders ready to take over leadership. Drawn from the bible and experience managing transitions in some of the most difficult places on earth, sacrificial succession helps leaders prepare successors, handover leadership to them and sustaining these next generation leaders.
