From facing unresolved trauma, to understanding coping mechanisms, and finding alternative ways to change after a medical diagnosis. The most significant being giving up alcohol. Arigon says in his new song "Drowning," "Feel something inside me dying/ I know it's time to roll / this weight on my shoulder / I know it's time to let it go." Often, people reflect on their lives & are scared to let go of the things that prevent them from being their best selves. We find ways to bury our traumas either through money, love, alcohol, drugs, etc... Sometimes the best thing we can do is let it go & grow.
