After Congresswoman Brittany Peterson (D-CO) traveled with her 4-week-old to cast her vote on the house floor it tugged at heartstrings across the country. Now she and Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) are teaming together to force a vote on a resolution to allow new parents to designate a colleague to vote on their behalf for 12 weeks after having a child.
