South Africa has accepted the of Chairpersonship of the SADeC Council of Ministers, in Pretoria . The baton was handed over by outgoing Chairperson of the Council, Prince Hlangusemphi Dlamini, who is the Minister of Economic Planning and Development of Swaziland, to South Africa's Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Maite Nkoana-Mashabane.
