SADC troika dominated by Lesotho

The SADC Facilitator for Lesotho, Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa, has described the mountain kingdom as work in progress. Speaking to the SADC organ on Peace, Security and Defence in Mbabane, Swaziland yesterday*, Ramaphosa says that the SADC Troika on Peace, Defence and Security must seek to find a swift resolution of the political situation in that country.
