Safety, Security + Loss During the Holidays

Today I would like to share with you some experiences I have gone thru lately where I was reminded of my own humanity and who my safety, security and confidence is to lie in. And also give you some tips that have helped me remember a loved one that is no longer with us or treasure a season that has passed, during this time of year and all year. We also have something else to celebrate! Today is the 1 year anniversary of launching my podcast, Dec. 28th.
