Safety Wars Live January 19, 2022, Thursday We have a special presentation today on Alec Baldwin and the Rust Productions, LLC Accident that resulted in the death of Halyna Hutch’s and the charges that Alec Baldwin and Hannah Guterrez-Reed are facing. We give you the health and safety professional’s perspective with a deep dive into the State of New Mexico’s Occupational Health and Safety Bureau report of April 2022. YOU WILL HEAR STUFF THAT NO ONE ELSE IS TALKING ABOUT. Based on the State of New Mexico’s report and the circumstances identified in the report several things become apparent. The situations on this incident are not unique to any workplace that we as safety professionals are exposed to on a regular basis. The only difference between this workplace and many of the workplaces I have been involved with is that thankfully most of them did not have catastrophic injuries and a fatality. But smaller injuries and incidents. But if circumstances were slightly different this could happen in any of our workplaces. There is a lot to learn from this incident and this report.
